Absolutely amazing. From the first phone call, to rehearsal, to wedding day & everything in between, Jan and her team have been the best ever. Jan is extremely organized, knowledgeable and experienced and it helped so much to know we were making the right decisions with her guidance. She helped with every detail, small to big, had great recommendations for vendors (including which packages we should choose based on what we needed and our budget). On wedding day they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They made sure everyone stayed on track and in place, even making sure I always had something to eat or drink. Okay let me first start this post by making sure that if you are on the fence about (at minimum) a day of coordinator - my single most important advice is: GET ONE! This is coming from someone who wasn't initially planning on getting a day of coordinator because of budget issues. The closer I got to the wedding (and the more overwhelming it all became) and the more my friends kept telling me I should indeed get a day of coordinator, I finally bit the bullet, made a few calls, and immediately after talking to Jannina I knew she was it. Not only was her price reasonable, but her reviews, and then the sense of professionalism, experience, and dedication I had from her during a simple phone conversation - I was hooked.
The day of my wedding I was stressed for 5 seconds - once it was all becoming real and multiple of my friends were asking me "what do we do with....". As soon as Jannina got there, every.single.worry was completely gone. "Your wish is my command" is truly her motto, but more so in a way that you can tell she feels personally invested in making sure your wedding day goes without a hitch and that the bride is as relaxed as possible without worrying about any of the behind the scenes stuff. I got to enjoy my wedding!! From creating my timeline a few weeks prior (and thus helping me realize what loose ends to tie before the wedding), to working on everything behind the scenes, to having sewing kits to fix any dress mishaps (which did happen!), to even running around to get my garter right before "showtime" after I realized I forgot to put it on. I cannot tell you what a gem she is. She anticipates, she solves. And most of all - you can tell she is in it for the love of love stories. Worth every single penny.

If you are looking for someone to execute your wedding vision to the tea, look no further! Jan was an absolute delight to work with. She helped me and my husband set up the wedding of our dreams and executed it amazingly!!! My guest were also very happy with how helpful she was for them too! I could not have hired a better planner to help us.

We started with the thought of "why do we need a wedding coordinator, we are a smart, capable, and cost-conscious couple". What we quickly realized was the magnitude of decisions and options that required dedicated time to make our big day exactly what we wanted. But above all else, a wedding coordinator allowed us to only focus on each other on the wedding day instead of trying to run it.

So... Jan. Wow! We couldn't be happier with Jan and she made all the difference for us. Her professionalism, energy, and passion were exactly what we wanted. Our original decision was to only use Jan as the Day of Coordinator. Then our venue informed us 3 months before a wedding day they could no longer host us due to environmental damages. We were sad but understood the circumstances and had to kick it into high gear. We quickly upgraded to Jan's wedding coordination service and she was so wonderful and thoughtful considerate during this high-stress time. Since there was a 3-hour timezone difference, we loved that Jan collaborated with us using Google Docs, phone calls, emails, and video chat. Jan's flexibility and hard work really helped us keep our sanity.

On the wedding day, Jan was a godsend. She kept everything on track and handled things that popped up professionally and with grace. We were able to only focused on each other and having a blast with our guests! Thank you, Jan, you are amazing!

Hiring Jan for month-of planning services and day-of coordination was the BEST decision we made. Everyone tells you that things will go wrong during your wedding. But Jan made sure nothing... not one single thing....went wrong. She dealt with a unruly wedding party, vendors who wanted to change things last minute and everything in between. She made sure the centerpieces (which were DIY) were in place and all our candles were lit. But most importantly she made sure my husband and I had a good time. She calmed me down before the wedding, encouraged me to eat, got me a chair and water while I was waiting to walk down the aisle. If you are wondering if you need a wedding planner, you ABSOLUTELY do and you need Jan! My only regret is that we did not hire her for full wedding services. I cannot imagine my wedding without Jan and once you hire her for your wedding, you will understand why. I cannot say enough good things about her. I believe this is a high compliment from me as I have done event planning in the past and wanted to take on this responsibility for my wedding as well. My advice for you is to hire Jan now and let her handle all the stress.

Seriously. They were AMAZING. They took care of literally everything and made our dreams come to life.

We couldn't take our decor to the venue so we took it to their home and they took care of everything else. They set up every table, every centerpiece, every detail. When you're planning you can't always see the room in your head, but when we walked in we were stunned. The room was miraculous. They did so much, and I'm sure there was more we didn't even notice. They even painstakingly staged our entrance.

Everything was on time, everything went smoothly. We didn't have to worry about confirming time and location with any vendors. We didn't have to ask friends or family to help set up/break down in their fancy clothes. Everyone enjoyed themselves without having to worry.

That was because of Jan. Jan is a superhero. A teeny, tiny super hero. Her sidekick ain't too shabby either ;)

100% would hire again. Going to get divorced to get re-married just to use them again. Love.

Jan and her staff were responsible, responsive and reliable. She eased my fears and addressed all my concerns. Her timelines were detailed and clear to all my vendors. She took on a huge challenge as we had a 4-day Hindu wedding, which Jan never did before and she knocked it out the park! Her coordination was a key part to making our big day a success. Jan was amazing!! From the moment I first spoke to her on the phone, I knew she was my girl! As an Event Planner myself, it was very difficult to give up such a huge responsibility on my big day but Jan made me feel relaxed and at ease that she had it all under control.
