I had a beautiful wedding here the only complaint I would make is that the bar we wanted to “after party” at after the wedding was closed or closing in the hotel and the staff during the time was a bit rude other wise I don’t have anything bad to say.

Caitlyn, who worked with me when first booking our wedding was so kind and helpful! She was quick to respond to emails and calls and was great to work with! Veronika worked with me the rest of the time planning the details of the wedding/reception dinner was wonderful from start to finish. She was so helpful and responsive in planning the wedding, which was great since it was a destination wedding, and everything had to be planned from across the country. She was also so helpful and calming the day of the ceremony and guided us through every detail making it the stress free day I dreamed of!

We got married in August 2019 in a Sunrise Celebration. I can’t begin to express my complete satisfaction with this property and their staff. Phenomenal! From the first contact made with Caitlin to our meeting with Veronika and then all the attentiveness shown by every involved staff... outstanding. Caitlin and Veronika held our hands and offered priceless support as we planned our wedding. Our ceremony was 6:15a and Veronika was present and a gem. I do not have enough words to express my satisfaction but rest assured if we ever need this sort of facility for any function.. wedding.. anniversary... birthday.. we definitely will return to this property.

The Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort & Spa is one of my personal favorites to photograph weddings. The venue is located on one of the most scenic parts of the beach just south of the Hillsboro Lighthouse and easy to get to for not only myself but out of town guests.
The Marriott Pompano Beach also has the most amazing outdoor reception area overlooking the beautiful atlantic ocean that makes for amazing images and ambience especially when the sun is setting to the west.
I also have to point out that staffing at the Marriott Pompano Beach is top notch. I always find the staff goes above and beyond to meet anyones and everyones needs.
Laura Damaschin the event planner at the Marriott Pompano Beach is also a huge factor in creating couples dream wedding days. She personally sees that every couples having a wedding there goes smoothly, as planned and as perfect as can be.
I recommend any couple contacting me looking for a venue to choose the Marriott Pompano Beach Resort and spa, as the #1 Wedding/Reception venue in Northern Broward County.
What would you expect from a Marriott. Top notch. This is a fantastic location for your event. We enjoyed everything from the food to the service. We will be back for another event.
We have had the pleasure of visiting this unique and a best kept secret in Ft Lauderdale. Wonderful options with beachfront, outdoor patios and a beautiful modern and sleek ballroom. We look foward to be working at this great property!
