Planning a wedding is an endless list of decisions, so let us make this one for you- go with Allie for your photographer! My now-husband and I are from New England originally, but we live in California now. We are so lucky that Allie is in the same boat! She took our engagement pictures out on a beautiful beach in Southern CA, and then traveled to CT for our wedding. She is such a professional on the “business” side of things– responding to emails, on-time contracts, easy ways to pay– as well as an absolute artist on the photography side. We were in love with her dreamy, bright photography and her attention to detail. She also joined us for our pre-wedding welcome party and snapped a few pics. On the day of the wedding she and her shooting partner Jessica took time to capture detail shots, formal portraits, and a bunch of candids that we will cherish forever. Allie also gives great directions– so if you’re feeling nervous in front of the camera, she’ll make you a pro in no time! The high-quality photos were delivered in an easy-to-download digital format, as well as a flash drive. Simply Amazing
Allie was my favorite vendor choice for our special day as well as for our engagement shoot. She nailed our vibe and made everyone feel comfortable with the various shots we took. I had some ideas to try out something new and she was right there for it. My favorite shots so far have been the genuine in the moment feels that help me to relive our favorite day. Not only did she capture our day but she also helped to manage our timeline as well as interference that came up throughout the day with grace and ease. She responds quickly and attentive to all aspects of planning a wedding and left me with not a single worry of how our day would be captured. We love her work!

Incredible photographer!
We had Allie for an engagement session and she is absolutely amazing - she makes you feel so comfortable and her photos are absolutely phenomenal. The ambiance in her photos is warm and you can feel the romance in them. She is also so communicative, timely and friendly - just all around an amazing photog and person you want to have around you on your special day.

Our 4.16.22 Wedding with PERFECT PHOTOs
Allie is amazing! She took our engagement and wedding photos and always made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera! We absoluetly love love love our photos and she took so much of my inspiration down to the very exact details to make sure we got everything I has envisioned while also being so efficient and making sure photos were done in a reasonable time frame so we got to enjoy much more of our wedding and cocktail hour than I had planned for! She captured our outdoor ceremony, indoor dinner, dances and speeches and our huge party on the dance floor perfectly with a ton of variety in shots and perfect lightening and energy captured in each photo. There are truly no photos I don't LOVE! Allie is amazing and we highly highly recommend! No matter the vibe of your event, Allie will kill it!

I absolutely loved having Allie do our engagement photos. She was extremely professional during every encounter and she made us feel so confrontable being in front of the camera. The day of the engagement session, we were dealing with some high winds, Allie was able to manage through and get the job done. We can not thank her enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Proposal/Engagement Shoot
Allie was fantastic! Had to reschedule proposal shots and eventually cancel After payment due to unfortunate circumstances. She then transferred my payment to an engagement shoot for my fiancé and I and they came out better than we could have even hoped for! Allie was prompt, flexible, fairly priced and really made sure we had fun during the shoot which reflected in the shots! I highly highly recommend her for any of your professional photo needs!

Allie is great, we were so happy we chose her!
Allie was a fantastic photographer, she was a pleasure to deal with, professional, talented, supportive, and kind. We received our "sneak peak" photos within a day of the wedding (even though she had two other weddings that weekend!) and they were incredible, all of our friends and family raved about them, and they perfectly capture the joy that we felt that day. We are the kind of people who are not naturally comfortable in front of a camera, but Allie had prompts and poses that put us at ease and made us look great (we also did our engagement photos with her). Something else we really appreciated about Allie was how intentionally inclusive and LGBT friendly she was. As a gay couple, we had to fill out forms/contracts for various vendors that only had lines for "groom" and "bride," but not with Allie. Everything on Allie's website and in her paperwork was gender-neutral, inclusive, and affirming of our relationship. In addition to highly recommending her for all couples, we highly highly highly recommend her for LGBT couples.

If you need a photographer, look no further!
Allie was one of the best wedding decisions my fiance and I made. Her gorgeous and organic photos captured the essence of our day and she listened to every single one of our desires when it came to the photos we wanted, how long we wanted to take pictures, and the kind of vibe we wanted to come across in the images. She was a calming presence throughout the entire day and she was so efficient with her photos. She went above and beyond photographer duties, delivering messages to other staff, asking me if I needed anything to drink or eat, and even helped me tie my shoes when I changed out of my heels. She had a strong presence that got everyone's attention while making everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. Multiple members of my wedding party came up to me after the wedding and told me how much they enjoyed her. She listened to every one of our desires and made it the most incredible and magical day. If you need a photographer to make your big day feel even more special, Allie is the photographer for you! Book her STAT.

Allie is just wonderful. She photographed both our engagement session and our wedding. She is fun and easy going and coordinates well with other vendors. She is very professional and easy to get in contact with. She takes control when necessary and captures the best, natural looking pictures. She is also fast with getting pictures back to you. Surprise 50th Wedding Anniversary Party
I hired Allie Dearie to photograph my parent's surprise 50th wedding anniversary party. Allie did a great job in capturing this very memorable day and was a pleasure to work with. I asked if she could also recommend a videographer for the day and she provided several names. I was very happy with Allie's recommendations and also found an excellent videographer. Allie is very professional, kind and courteous. She stays in the background unless the customer wants something specific. I was too busy running around, to take pictures so hiring Allie was an excellent investment. She captured all the special moments throughout the day from the decor to the guests and my parent's surprised expression when they realized the celebration was for them.
