We love Ali's. amazing taste to her cakes and treats ! Great cake designer ! Created a neon dream birthday cake for our daughter's 10th birthday party!

This bakery specializes in cupcakes, cake pops, and birthday cakes. But they did an amazing job on my butter cream wedding cake. I tasted cakes from all of the major bakeries in town and their cakes tasted bad. It was refreshing to try cupcakes from this bakery since all of their cakes tasted amazing! They also had great customer service! They do day of the week flavors and froze some so we could try all of our options when we came in the weekend we did our tasting. Even their frozen cupcakes tasted better than most of the other bakeries samples! Our wedding cake tasted AMAZING. We combined two of their cupcake flavors: Glazed Doughnut and Vanilla to create our cake. And after everything was said and done it tasted even better than we imagined. Their pricing was great and you get a lot of cake per serving since their serving sizes are normal and not the miniature wedding serving sizes. If you're in the mood for cupcakes or need to order a cake definitely check them out!

I have been a customer of Ali's for about a year now and I was quite pleased with both the taste and the service they provided. I spoke to the owner Andrea and booked her since about March for my wedding in July. I gave a deposit and discussed all the main details of what I was looking for. About a week before my wedding I met with Andrea again to discuss the specifics of the 4 tiered 200 person cake. Andrea reassured me that my cake would arrive early just in case there were any problems with delivery (which I paid additional fess for). She said she'd deliver it around 10:30, but guaranteed me that it wouldn't arrive any later than 1:30. At 1:30 her husband calls me to inform me that they're having trouble getting the cake to me. My aunt then calls as naturally I go into a state of panic and he guarantees my aunt that the cake will arrive no later than 4:30. It was after 5:30 when my cake finally arrived. Mind you more than half my guests had already arrived and the rest arrived with my cake. The hell that I went through as a bride that day because of an irresponsible and negligent business owner is one that no bride should ever experience. I informed Andrea that day when she finally arrived with my cake that I would call to speak to her upon my return from my honeymoon. Well I just got back so I called her (I actually keep my word) and she informed me that today would not be a good day. I asked when would be a good day and she told me that probably Friday, but that I should call her Thursday to verify. Never once did she apologize or say anything remotely close to showing remorse. Quite the opposite.... She seemed as if it was no big deal. I have decided that I will never step foot in Ali's sweet treats again. I gave Andrea a chance to explain and apologize, but she lost it. If you're looking for a quick sweet fix then yes it's good. If you're looking to place an order don't count on reliability. I have no idea of what my wedding cake tasted like. I went through so much thinking my cake wouldn't arrive that I couldn't even bring myself to try the cake so I have no idea how it tasted. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone! Truly disappointed by the owner's service to a customer of almost a year.
