After getting my wedding dress, I was recommended to Alex Fashion & Bridal for my alterations. Setting up an appointment was super easy. I came in with my dress and boots. The owner, Inna, was amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted and how. There was no confusion on what I was saying and what she knew she had to do. I didn’t have a ton that needed to be done but some had some tricky seams to work around. Inna did an insanely good job. Even the way she made the bustle was unique and easy to understand. Sadly I rescheduled my wedding before my last fitting. But the girls allowed me to pick up the dress and reschedule the fitting in 2021 if needed with no penalties! They really cared and took care of this COVID Bride. Definitely recommend this wonderful place!

Heart to Heart Bridal in Webster NY recommended Alis Fashion for my wedding dress alterations. I worked with the owner of the shop, Inna Zhezherya. It only took 3 trips and my dress was ready! Inna was just great to work with! She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She also does alterations for a variety of other things (mother of the bride, bridal party, etc...).

Inna at Alis Fashion was amazing. She is so incredibly talented -- completely updated my wedding dress, took off the top so that it was a bolero that could be removed for the reception. She was incredibly sweet and friendly and put me right to ease. The space feels like you are in a dress shop or a studio. Very clean and comfortable, classy space. Highly recommend for your dress alterations!!! Felt completely taken care of and special at each of my dress appointments.

After having a terrible experience simply buying my dress from David's Bridal, I refused to let them lay a hand on it for alterations. When I found Inna, the owner for Alis, I was so grateful! She reassured me that I was in good hands, and we worked well together to get my dress to fit exactly how I wanted it. Even after I picked it up from my "final fitting" and put it on at home to notice that it was still too loose 4 weeks before my wedding (and I started to panic), I called her up and she said it was no problem bringing it back in to look at it again! It turned out beautifully and she ended up altering 3 of my bridesmaids, and my mother's dress as well!

I thought her prices were very reasonable, and after talking with other brides it turns out David's Bridal probably would have charged me at least double what Inna charged me for the same work, and my guess is, worse quality.

After getting my bridal gown back from Davids Bridal and seeing that they screwed up my alterations I was a panicked bride to say the least. I frantically searched for alteration providers in my area in order to find one of quality. I spoke to Inna, the owner of Alis, and she was very friendly, helpful, and attentive despite my stress levels. I am confident that she will make my gown beautiful and fit like a glove.

I was referred to Alis Fashion Design by a friend. Everything seemed too good to be true and it was. After agreeing upon a price ($200) for my wedding dress alteration and I placed a $100 deposit. When I returned to pick up my dress after having it altered, I was baffled to find that I somehow owed $235. I had my original receipt with the prices however the owner "forgot" the price to bustle the dress. Instead of calling me to see if I wanted to go through with this she just went ahead and did it, leaving me with an extra $135 fee that I was originally told. She offered no apology and would not let me have my dress until I paid the ridiculous fee.
