He made both of us feel so comfortable in front of the camera which is something that doesn’t come naturally to either of us! His presence was warm and completely unobtrusive, yet he managed to capture every emotion, every moment, and all the love we felt that day so beautifully. He fit in so seamlessly with our families and friends that it felt like he was part of the celebration, not just documenting it. We’re so grateful!

What an incredible experience it was working with Alex! He truly is so talented and I had so much fun getting to know him during this process. He is very professional, has an amazing eye for what is going to look good, and makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera! I trusted him completely throughout this entire process because he knows what is going to look best and he delivered.

Our wedding day ran so smoothly and a lot of that was thanks to him. He is energetic, yet a calming presence, which kept my nerves at ease, while staying on schedule. His secondary photographer, Margo was so helpful throughout the entire day! She helped carry my dress/bouquet for our first look on the beach during a very windy day.

She also grabbed my phone for me and took a few photos of the reception space setup on my phone before any guests arrived and captured an aerial view of our ceremony, including some shots and videos on my phone without even being asked. So incredibly thoughtful!

Our family and bridal party loved working with Alex as well. He made the picture taking process quick and easy on a very windy/chilly day. Our photos turned out absolutely stunning! His photography style is glamorous, elegant, and timeless. We will forever cherish these photos and have had such a fun time sharing them with friends and family.

Alex is an INCREDIBLE photographer!! We found him through our Cape Cod venue and from our first meeting with him we liked his vibe and style (which is extremely important when your photographer is next to you literally your entire wedding day). He did an engagement photo shoot for us a couple months before our wedding and it was great to get to know his working style and practice being photographed before our big day. Leading up to the wedding, Alex was extremely easy to communicate with and we were able to exchange all the details about what photos were most important to us. At the wedding he captured everything and the photos came out AMAZING!! He was great at directing our big family and wedding parties and making sure we got all the shots we wanted. He is organized and direct, which is especially important on your wedding day. After all our formal photos, he really blended into the party and captured the candids we wanted of us dancing and with our guests. He gave us a large sneak peek of photos only days after the wedding and then the whole album about a week after! You can be confident you’ll get what you want with Alex as your photographer!

Alex took our engagement photos and wedding photos and our friends can't believe how many amazing shots he got. He has some great suggestions for folks (like myself) who weren't used to being photographed/posing. He's friendly, laid-back, and flexible. You'll be glad you hired him!!

We got married at The Wang Theatre in Boston, and we knew we wanted a photographer who could capture the beauty of the building we had chosen to get married in. Alex did not disappoint!!! We were so thrilled with our photos. Alex's artistic vision is brilliant and everyone we know has been raving about our photos.

Alex made the planning process easy. All phone calls with him were easy to schedule and he even hopped on a call late in the evening to accommodate our busy schedules. He used an easy to edit Google Doc Sheet to keep up with our wedding details and was always prepared whenever we spoke to him.

On the day of the wedding, Alex and his second shooter, Violet, arrived early and were on time. They were super professional and had a happy energy, adding to the excitement of the day. We chose not to do a first look, which made the photo timeline tight. But, Alex navigated that challenge with grace and we whipped through the family portraits with time to spare, allowing a little extra time for our couple portraits- just like we had asked.

Alex Paul is hands down BEST photographer, ever! My husband and I got married this August on Cape and we hired Alex Paul for our Engagement photos (Boston), Rehearsal dinner, + Wedding day photos (Cape Cod). I can’t say enough about how talented and professional Alex Paul is. He has such a fun, unique, candid approach that we LOVED. Not only is he an incredible photographer, but he is excellent at giving directions for pictures and is fast + efficient. Us and our entire bridal party was obsessed with both Alex and his second shooter, Kadri because they both made everyone feel at ease. There have been so much incredible feedback on interactions as well as the unbelievable quality of photos. My husband and I received our photos for each event (engagement, wedding, etc) SO quickly and we were impressed with his digital platform, it made it easy to download, post, and save the photos. He even gives the access to print though the portal as well! The pictures perfectly captured our special day and were EXACTLY what we were looking for.
