Bill and Maria from Alcoa Catering are phenomenal. We had both our Jack and Jill and Wedding catered through them. Both events were extremely different. We decided on a buffet style for our Jack and Jill and a sit down family style for our wedding. Everyone, for both events, was extremely impressed at how much food was served and also the quality of it all. They are both extremely professional and experienced along with easy to work with. They concentrate on even the little details and take care in their service and it shows greatly. My friends are still talking about the endless amount of food that was served. They had a great time at both events and a lot of it has to deal with the food.
