I somewhat had a destination wedding, and it required finding an officiant that would be unfamiliar to me, my husband, and our families. I was born and raised in the area, but the priest I grew up with hasn't served or lived in Hampton Roads for many years. I knew Cathi was the perfect choice from our first phone conversation. She was so warm and friendly, I immediately felt comfortable with her. Our wedding was the weekend of Hurricane Matthew and she made sure to be there for us once we knew the wedding wasn't going to be delayed due to weather.
