My husband and I "interviewed" several photographers/videographers during our search/wedding planning, and we could feel their genuine love and passion for their work from our first call. We knew right away that Harry and Chantal would be the perfect fit for us and our search stopped that day.

In addition to their wonderful personalities and hearts, Harry and Chantal are simply on top of everything - we had prep calls prior to our engagement session and wedding day, and they were also quick to think on their feet when Chicago traffic got the best of us. Harry and Chantal really want you to have the best, most seamless experience on some of your happiest, most memorable days, and also deliver gorgeous work product. Their second shooters are also top notch - Jake and I had the pleasure of working with Candys and Hanako. Really, you will simply be wowed. 

My husband and I have gotten pictures taken by several other photographers as well (who were also wonderful!), but Harry and Chantal both have an eye for the perfect angles and moments, whether it be a candid or posed shot. I actually don't have to say much more, as their beautiful website showcases their amazing work. Harry and Chantal were our favorite wedding vendors, and we cannot recommend A New Odyssey more.

We can't express our gratitude enough for the exceptional work of Harry and Chantal. From our very first call, it was clear that they were the perfect choice to capture our wedding. Even through a phone conversation, their warmth, friendliness, humor, kindness, and professionalism shone through. They were present for every significant moment while somehow remaining discreetly in the background. We wholeheartedly recommend this dynamic duo – even our friends and family were like WOW your photographer and videographer are so cool and nice. The photo and video quality (drone!!!) garnered an insane amount of compliments, making our wedding memories truly unforgettable and something we can thankfully relive over and over again.

Harry and Chantal were amazing to work with! They were both so on top of things and super helpful throughout the day. They were more than happy to create a custom package based on what we wanted recorded, and all of the videos were even more than we could have asked for! It also helped that they coordinated audio with our DJ, which meant everything came through perfectly. We’d recommend them 110%!

Harry and Chantal captured the beauty of our wedding day in a way we never thought imaginable.

They were unbelievably easy and pleasurable to work with, long before the wedding to long after.

When we received the initial teaser video, after 30 seconds we were already emotional and tearful. We were already expecting an incredible delivery from what we saw on their portfolio, and even then we were still completely overwhelmed with joy at how wonderful both the teaser video and the finished highlights video came out.

Nick was especially grateful to Harry for assisting with a wardrobe malfunction. It was a small detail and it had nothing to do with capturing video footage, but Harry stepped in without hesitation to save the day. Harry, thanks a ton for looking out for Nick at that moment!

Harry and Chantal are absolutely amazing. They really work to make sure that you are well taken care of on your wedding day. They even offered free engagement photos and flew out to California to take them. My wife and I would highly recommend them over those overly expensive companies!!

Harry and Chantal were an absolute DREAM to work with. Anyone looking for the best of the best should book them for your event! We could not have asked for a better team to capture our fairytale wedding. They went above and beyond for us every step of the way from our first meeting to the very end. Every question we had they promptly answered and were always available to help in any way they could! Day of they helped things run smoothly and of course captured every important moment beautifully.
