Mariana and her team from A La Heart are truly a gem. Mariana is more than just a caterer, she was so in tune with the whole concept of my vision for my wedding, beyond food/beverage. She helped with ordering linens and figured out exactly what we needed for our day that things ran flawlessly. Not to mention the food, which is amazing! Mariana and her team are organized and a welcome calm presence on a day that sometimes feels hectic. We would hire them again no question about it, and I recommend you do too!

A La Heart is amazing. Mariana (owner) was great to work with, really helpful in menu planning and rentals. They will rent everything for you (tablecloths, glasses, etc) through their contract with a rental company. They were happy to serve our own desserts that we got from local places, as well as provide some dessert bites to go along with our dessert buffet. The food was all around outstanding, and the servers professional. The day of manager, Cinnamon, was spectacular. To top it off, they will donate the leftover food to St. Vincents, a local homeless service center located right next door to their office in Railroad Square. We had the option of keeping it all as well, but we were leaving for our honeymoon and were happy to give back. A+!

Hands down the BEST caterer we could have ever asked for! Mariana and her team at A La Heart went above and beyond to ensure our wedding went smoothly and perfectly! From the very beginning, Mariana was super responsive and accommodating, and extremely helpful in making sure we knew what all of our options were so that we made the right decisions for what we wanted and for our budget. They also handled all the rentals, which was a total lifesaver when it comes to wedding planning! The food was absolutely incredible, the presentation of everything was beautiful, and our guests are still raving about it!

The level of detail and care Mariana put into our wedding is a true testament to what an amazing person she is and how great she is at her job. Thanks to A La Heart, we knew we could enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about a thing because we knew we were in the best hands!

A La Heart took on our wedding with very little notice . We are so grateful that they did! The food received rave reviews from our guests. From every point of our experience with A la Heart we were supported with exemplary service. A la Heart staff had to deal with very difficult situations: a short time to prepare, torrential rain causing the service sites to change constantly. Our guests never suffered any disruption in service or food delivery. That speaks volumes to how professional A La Heart is. Their gourmet quality food and exemplary staff are worth every penny.

We got married at The Highlands Estate in September 2017 and hired Mariana and her team at A La Heart to caterer our event. From the moment I spoke with Mariana on the phone, I knew A La Heart would be right for our wedding! First and foremost she was willing to work within our budget which was incredibly important for us in our selection of caterer. We didn't want any surprises when it came to costs and her itemization in detailing out the cost estimate was meticulous and accurate. We also found that A La Heart was much more reasonable in pricing compared to other caterers in wine country. Second, the amount of options they provide spanning from appetizers to main courses are incredible and the food tastes amazing! Everything is fresh, seasonal and provides the perfect farm-to-table vibe. Last, she was incredibly professional, so kind and she has years of experience in the wedding industry. I would highly recommend A La Heart to anyone getting married in wine country or the Bay Area!

I cannot say enough good things about Mariana and the team at A La Heart Catering. From the very beginning, Mariana was so helpful at talking us through the various options, making recommendations in regards to food and drinks, and answering all of our questions. She's incredibly organized and responsive, we felt like we were her only clients even though we knew she was juggling a lot of other people as well. She also handled all of our rentals, which was such a huge weight off of us logistically, and was just so great to have all of it in one package.

The staff on the day of were all so professional and fun, the bartenders were a huge hit with our guests. And the food - oh my gosh the food. It was SO good, and we've gotten so many complements on it from our guests. Her attention to detail at every step was impeccable, she even put together an appetizer plate complete with glasses of champagne and some water for us in the bridal suite we went to for a few minutes right after the ceremony so that we could eat and relax. I mean come on!! She was also helpful in recommending places to host a post-wedding brunch, and my aunts ended up using A La Heart to cater that as well.

Overall, we couldn't have had such an incredible day without Mariana, I highly highly recommend her and the whole team at A La Heart Catering.

Al La Heart catering, specifically Gaia, our coordinating did an absolutely phenomenal job supporting our wedding. They assisted us for month with the added difficulty of being on opposite sides of the country. Not only did they handle the catering but all the equipment rentals and setup/tear-down at the site. They were also more than accommodating in working with us to stay on budget.

I really enjoyed the great service that I received on my wedding day. The owner came out early to say hi and make sure things were set up correctly. I knew from that moment on, I had nothing to worry about and I was right.
Everyone kept saying what a great wedding day it was and I knew that it was in part to the unobtrusive work that the catering staff was doing. The food was nice and hot, displayed beautifully and priced reasonably.

The food and service from this caterer is fantastic. Would greatly recommend
