My MOH used Megan for her wedding and recommended her without hesitation when I asked. I hired Megan for Day-Of services but she was invaluable throughout the entire process. We moved across the country half-way through wedding planning but I made sure to secure Megan before we left; she was a LIFESAVER! She made great recommendations for vendors and wrapped up all the details at the end in a perfect bow! My Husband agrees, she helped keep us calm, sane and helped be the strong arm when we needed it with vendors. She helped make sure that our wedding day went off without a hitch, and was vigilant to make sure everything was going exactly the way we had planned. I signed with Megan to do full service wedding planning in September 2010 for an August 2011 wedding. Throughout that time, Megan more than paid for herself through her advice, recommendation of vendors, and stress saver! Megan dealt with the communication between us and the vendors. I wanted to be a large part of planning, so I did go to initial vendor meetings to determine who I wanted to go with and to give them my ideas for my wedding. Megan would do as much or as little as me and my fiance wanted her to do and always with professionalism.

One of my friends is getting married soon (a month after me), and the difference in our stress levels made Megan worthwhile! Megan keeps a timeline for you and a budget. She coordinates with the vendors so I didn't have to and reminded me of when payments or contracts were due. She gave recommendations of vendors that I was extremely happy with. I am a planner-personality, but it was nice to know I could trust Megan to do an equally good job.

Megan also REALLY paid off on the week of. We had some issues with our hotel block forgetting to hand out our welcome bags and guest information. Megan repeatedly throughout that week drove down to the hotel to speak to the people in person. Megan also helped us when a DJ was not performing well at our wedding. Instead of us having to talk to him, Megan was all over it and dealt with the awkward conversation and keeping him on track so that we could enjoy our night. She even followed up with us after the wedding to make sure that we sorted out all of the payments with businesses.

Things will always be hectic or go wrong with weddings, but with Megan there, I was able to have a worry free, fantastic wedding, so much so that people continuously commented at how calm and relaxed my fiance/husband and I were! I would not only recommend but INSIST on Megan for wedding planning!
