71 West Ranch is a wedding venue located in Spicewood, Texas. We are a 67-acre venue designed to accommodate weddings and private events for up to 200 people. This charming historical ranch has been updated with modern touches to provide the venue spaces for your perfect day. Along with our venue spaces, we have two on-site preparation suites. The Cottage Suite, built in 1893, is a perfect space for a wedding party to prepare for the day ahead. You will enjoy a master suite, several large mirrors, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, antique vanity room and more in this renovated Cottage. The second preparation, The Station, is another unique and comfortable space to prepare for the day. The Station provides private indoor/outdoor spaces and entertainment options to enjoy your time before the wedding begins. Once guests arrive, they will be spending time around the reception hall and the ceremony site. Our outdoor ceremony site is located at the top of the property on a large ridge. This site boasts long distance hill country views, acres of natural grass, mature live oak trees and breathtaking sunsets. After the ceremony, your guests can enjoy the abundance of outdoor space around the 4,100+ square foot climate-controlled reception hall. The reception hall is home to shiplap walls, custom framed antique doors, unique lighting and an abundance of natural light. The commercial style bathrooms, spacious bar, catering prep room and more is sure to keep your guests and vendors comfortable through your wedding or event. There is great potential for an indoor/outdoor event around the reception hall.
