Ordering from 1888Flowermall.com was a disaster! My fiance wanted mistletoe at our reception. It's surprisingly difficult to find. I was excited to discover on this website and immediately ordered it. While I was there I ordered a wedding bouquet too, figured I'd combine and save on shipping costs. When I received my order I was shocked to open the box and find a single white rose, not at all what I ordered. I e-mailed the company but didn't hear back from them. A week later I called them. I reached a woman, who was nice and surprised by the incident. I told her I received the wrong item and was wondering where my mistletoe was. She told me it's a seasonal item, they currently don't have any in stock and she isn't she when they will. I was appalled that they would allow me to oder an item, in bulk for that matter, that wasn't even in stock. Then they didn't even tell me until I dragged the information out of them! Then to top it off the sent me the wrong item for the bouquet! I ended up returned the single white rose for a full refund including shipping costs, however the return shipping came out of my pocket! That was narly $4 wasted plus all of that time and hassle! Plus the only reason they refunded me the original shipping is because I wrote a letter and pitched such a fit about it.
