Facilities and Capacity

The Wine Cellar is located on the first floor and is a fantastic space to meet and greet guests. The cellar features beautiful reclaimed wood, exposed beams, original brickwork, and stucco walls. This one-of-a-kind space is perfect cocktail reception gatherings, tastings, hor d’oeuvres, and casual entertaining. The Rutledge Ballroom is situated upstairs and presents a great option for luxurious wedding celebrations. Features in the Ballroom include exposed brick fireplaces, wood flooring, and gorgeous chandeliers. The Ballroom also boasts enclosed Charleston single-style piazzas. The third floor, Upstairs at Rutledge, offers a versatile floor plan that offers endless possibilities for every couple. This event space is the best place for raucous celebrations and is ready to be transformed into each couples' dream wedding event. In total, the 5,500 square-foot venue is able to host up to 150 guests for cocktail receptions or a seated dinner.

Each couple can make use of these services as well as work with outside vendors to help complete their dream wedding or special event. 159 Rutledge welcomes all vendors. The venue also provides limited parking and is fully wheelchair accessible.
