What song should I walk down the aisle to???

AprilBride, on August 15, 2010 at 7:44 PM Posted in Planning 0 11

My FH and I are big country/Texas country fans. I want to walk down the aisle to a song that reflects that. I have browsed, but have had no luck. I have already picked our first dance and last dance. Any suggestions??

Lost in this Moment by Big and Rich? It is the only thing that pops into my head at the moment...but I will keep looking. =)

Soon to be said what I was going to say Smiley smile We used that one for guest seating, then Garth Brooks "Friends in low places" for reception entrance.

Thanks! I am considering "Whatever it is" by The Zac Brown Band. Do people usually just have a cd player on hand and have someone control it?

Do you have a day of coordinator? This would be who controls the music if you don't have a musician. Otherwise you need to delegate the task to a very organized, music savvy person.

I think Whatever It Is is a great choice and I love Zac Brown. Free is a good choice too and a bit more mellow. You could also do Run To You by Lady Antebellum or Annie's Song by John Denver if you want something older. I walked in to "How Sweet It Is" which is what my sister and her husband cut their cake to 6 weeks before me.

After my sister's wedding, she couldn't remember what song she walked in to and I just had to look mine up after agonizing over the decision!!!!

"Bless the Broken Road" is another good choice! I've also played Taylor Swift's "Love Story" for a wedding.

My fiance and I have been thinking about the acoustic version of "Love Finds Everyone" by Cory Morrow, we're REALLY big into Texas Country
