I bought some that I had planned on putting in my bouquet, but then I ended up using them for the bridesmaids bouquets. I got them from Hobby Lobby because they were on sale at the time. They look and feel real. Definitely a huge difference from the regular silk flowers. If you are using fake for your bouquet I would recommend the real touch so if there are close up photos of it you won't be able to tell that your flowers are not real.

Yep! I am using them in my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets... I got them at Hobby Lobby and LOVE it. They do make a huge difference, as the flowers I found at Michaels always looked so cheap. Unless you're up close you really can't even tell my bouquet is fake.

They are much better than regular silk flowers. I had planned on using them for my wedding flowers but have since decided that it just isn't the same. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and I loooove the smell of flowers. I am also having a garden wedding and I think it would be a bit odd for me to not have real flowers.

YES! I love them! As a matter of fact they are the main flower for the bouquets I will be selling on my Etsy shop as soon as I get it open. I just love them and I've used both the roses and the calla lilies.

That's what I used as well. My mom couldn't even tell up close. She felt them and said "are you sure they're fake??" - Yes mom, I made them, I would know...

If you're doing fake flowers in a wedding, that's the best way to go IMO. Got them all half off at Hobby Lobby.

My bouquet/MyLo's boutonniere will be real. Decor, centerpieces, bridal party and toss boquet will be all real touch.

@Linda I am wanting to do some sparkly things in my bouquet... so you know where can I find some nice sparkly "brooch-like on a pick" things to give my florist? Haha

So I have heard that they are as pricey as real flowers. Is this true? I have been debating what to do for months on flowers and need to decide!

Not as much and 50% off hobby lobby is so much better on the prices. They look great. My last brides mother did not know they were fake.

Linda & Mrs. Clark aka Mrs Awesomepants, those bouquets are sooo pretty! I am thinking of doing the Calla Lillies throughout my wedding! Such a pretty flower. I will def take this into consideration. Especially since I would like my Reception and Ceremony space to be decorated the night before.

EdieKristen, are all of the flowers in your bouquet real touch? including the babies breath?

Does Hobby Lobby always have the 50% off?

90% of the times I have been in Hobby Lobby or gotten the emails, they are half off.

To make my bouquet, (it had at least 2 dozen roses) cost me $50 for the flowers, tape, ribbon and pearls/wire.

A florist I met with wanted like 4x that for my bouquet, same style but with real. Heck no! lol

@Dominique - Hobby Lobby has them 50% off usually every other week. And the great thing is that they will let you order in bulk and still give you the 50% off (at least they did for me). I just checked their ad and the floral stems are NOT on sale this week so they should be next week.

Also, I see that they have all their His&Her wedding items on sale for 50% off this week!

@Rayy - how large do you want your sparkly things to be? The ones I used I got from Hobby Lobby in the wedding department next to where the ribbons are. If you actually want brooches, I would check eBay or your local thrift store.
