oooo, pick me :)

I've definitely been thinking about mason jars! So easy, vintage, and affordable!

I'm using them for some of my centerpieces. My mom found a box of them for $1.00 at a yard sale today, but someone else bought them first :(

I think heavnsnt is the one who turned me on to mason jars, there are so many different things you can do to them!
I blame/thank you heavnsnt!!

I'm using them in the fireplaces at our reception venue (can't have open flames)

I have flower arrangements for my head table but in between them I am using mason jars with candles lining the empty space. I am also using them to hang from shepherd hooks to line the aisle with a gerber daisy in it. If I would have thought about it from the beginning I would have done the whole thing in mason jars. If you google mason jars for wedding, they have ton of ideas...to bad I was almost done before I thought of it.

we are using them for decoration and function! they are going to be our cups to drink out of :)

Well.. I found this mason jar drink dispenser yesterday! I'm SO excited. They're only a gallon each, so we might buy 2 or 3 and have people refill them..

Okay I have so many more ideas.. I have an entire folder on my computer JUST for mason jar ideas :) FMIL has a friend who collects them, but said we could have a bunch. So she's given us huge boxes full of the small ones. I have so many ideas, seriously I could decorate the WHOLE wedding with just mason jars and I'd be happy! They might even be our favors! (like the first pic)

This post is making me consider using mason jars.. I was thinking about using cranberries and acorns in my oenterpieces. Maybe I could put them in mason jars.. Hmmm...

and if you REALLY wanna go with it, I saw pics on fb where they used their mason jar favors as their drinking glasses.. and they used them for their toast ;)

Oooo Katy, that last one is my fave!! Love those colors! And I was going to buy a few shepherd's hooks do hang them.. And now I need to buy a lot because I really love them in the aisle!
