Love landslide...we are using never gonna be alone by nickleback for our first dance and fh is dancing to turn turn turn by the byrds for mother and son..i am going to dance with my sons to simple man by lynard skynard..father daughter dance will be i hope you dance by leeann womack.

@Tasha me too! And FH picked it all by himself, he knew I was looking into first dance songs and he's like listen to this and I fell in love. That was almost a year ago and he still sings it to me all the time. We're having kareoke at the reception so he said if I wouldn't have wanted it as our first dance he was going to sing it. Now he's trying to find something else to sing lol.

I'm using The Pretendeders "Stand By You" as father/daughter (it was the least lame out of my dads picks). And our first dance will be to The Fratellis "Whistle For The Choir". I'm also walking down the aisle to an indie rock song - Belle and Sebastians "we rule the school"

My dad and I are using a "classic rock" song. It's called "Just Remember I Love You" by Firefall. He used to sing it to me when I was a little girl to put me to sleep. I'd also suggest "I Am With You" by Red. They're a Christian Rock group, and they have some pretty good stuff. Also look into The Afters, Sanctus Real, and Skillet if you're looking for that "rock" feel with a good message attached to it.
