Nina did an amazing job on my makeup and all of my girls on my wedding day! I rarely wear makeup on a day to day basis so was looking for a very natural look. Nina did just that and more. She made me feel done up and beautiful but I still looked exactly like myself. My makeup was perfect! My mom and I both did a trial before the wedding and Nina made it such an enjoyable experience - she is so kind and talented! I wish she could do my makeup everyday! Cheekadee was great to work with and were so flexible when we chose to postpone our wedding due to Covid. Nina did a fantastic job on my bridal makeup and bridesmaids makeup. She nailed the look I showed her from my inspiration look while tailoring it to my specific features. She also did an amazing job on my mom's makeup, we were all so thrilled! Nina was also such a sweetheart, the services were a great value, and the makeup lasted all night!

Kim was wonderful to work with. We scrambled for new makeup artists (4 weeks before the wedding) after having another vendor team booked for over 1.5yrs. We found Cheekadee because we felt most comfortable knowing that our makeup artists were fully vaccinated against COVID-19 - which they willingly disclosed to us. This felt like as significant health and safety protocol to me as does knowing make up artists clean their brushes. Cheekadee understood my concerns. We hired them and I am so happy we did !!

When I had my trial with her, she made me feel comfortable right away, understood what I was looking for, took some creative liberties and it turned out beautiful. I chose Cheekadee as the makeup vendor for my wedding after being extremely impressed by their work at a friend's wedding. Jo was a pleasure to communicate with during my planning process - her responses were prompt, thorough, and professional. My makeup trial with Nina was wonderful - and then she absolutely exceeded any expectations I had on the day of the wedding. I watched Nina and Kim bring out all of the most beautiful features in my bridesmaids - they looked flawless. My mom and mother-in-law raved that Nina made them look 10 years younger! They truly looked STUNNING. My makeup was everything I could have dreamt of and more - she made me feel beautiful. I have fairly severe keratosis pilaris on my face, which I am very self-conscious about. However, Nina made it disappear with air brushing and contouring - and I didn't see it appear again in one photograph all night. I am convinced that she is a makeup magician. Not only is she wildly talented, but she is kind and patient, and served as a source of calm energy when things around us seemed chaotic! I booked Hailey with Cheekadee for our make up artist for my wedding. Since this was my first time getting my makeup professionally done, I was hesitant and didn't want to look to far away from myself. Hailey was able to give me the look that I wanted, enhancing my features and giving me a natural/nude look for the wedding. She made everyone in my party feel comfortable with their looks and myself confident and ready for my big day. She was early at arriving to the hotel (which worked our perfectly for us!), stayed on schedule/a little early, and was able to work with a variety of faces for myself, two bridesmaids, and two moms. I had a hard time finding a makeup artist for my wedding day. I am not into makeup, and I wanted a more natural look to my day of style. I sent a few inquiries to vendors via wedding wire, stating I was concerned about makeup and was unsure of the process. Cheekadee was the only vendor to reply with a response acknowledging my concerns, and making me feel like they actually read my message. Everyone else sent a canned responses with their product offerings.
I scheduled a trial at their Chestnut Hill location, and Nina was so warm and friendly, plus very knowledgable of makeup. The day of, Nina was able to add on one of my bridesmaid last minute, and she finished our group early. Everyone liked how they looked, and our makeup lasted.
