Our rings were beautiful but they said they would have my ring back from the jeweler the day before the wedding at the latest. it wasnt there was a mess up and it was not in ontime they did however give me a loaner ring so I would at least have one for my wedding. I had to go back and switch them after the wedding.
Our bands were so beautiful...Our wedding was 3 weeks away and my ring still had to be sized...they were able to get it done within one week! Amazing service!
My husband bought both my engagement and wedding ring here. We had gone to 2 other jewelry stores before this one and were annoyed by how pushy the employees were. We didnt feel rushed here though and were brought exactly what we were looking for. And the quality and affordablness of Zales was great!
Great sales staff, friendly and effective. Credit dept sucked they opened a account for rings and after paying them on time and about 1/2 way done paying off they closed account.
We bought our rings from Zales, both engagement and wedding. The quality is wonderful and the warranty is great, especially since there is a Zales everywhere. However, they took a lot of time getting back us about the certification documentation. Other than that, it was good.
