We had an antique ring that needed repairs. They did a wonderful job of repairing cost effectively and quickly. We also got my husbands ring there. They have done a wonderful job of maintaining it since we purchased it.

Due to the rising price of gold, my husbands wedding band was not cheap. And 2 and half years after purchasing it, it cracked (all gold). We took it into Grebitus & Sons expecting a hassle or expense to get it repaired. No questions asked, they fixed it without a charge, standing behind their product. I was very impressed with their dedication to customer service. They were very quick and kind.
Right after purchasing the ring, I requested a letter or authenticity for insurance purposes. They were slow at fulfilling my request. I suppose I should have asked for it upon pick up of the ring instead of afterwards.
I still love the design of my husbands band. They carry top-notch designers.
