We bought my wedding and engagement ring from this company at the same time. We were soo impressed with how well we were treated and the personal attention we received that we chose them even though the only store is 3 hours away from where we live. They have good selection and I fell in love with my ring instantly BUT... Small diamonds on the bands have fallen out 5-6 times! each time we have to travel 3 hours and they keep my ring for at least a week. Also when we bought the ring they told us that the jeweler was amazing and could remove diamonds on side when attaching wedding band. then when we wanted it done they told us it would cost too much and it was too much work.
We took the rings in 2 weeks before the wedding to have them soldered, and was suppose to be contacted about the jewelers decision about the diamonds on side before he did work on cost. we were never called he soldered them w/out removing diamonds. The week before the wedding I called to see if it had been shipped out yet. they said no it was still there. 2 days before the wedding they called and asked why we hadn't picked it up yet. Again told them for the 4th time it was to be shipped. My ring didn't get to me until the night before my wedding. AND a diamond fell out again with in a week.

They have poor quality and bad service. Lie to you in the beginning to win you over and then change their story
