Worst experience ever. Picture had the top of my daughters head cropped. When I tried to get the issue resolved, was told it was my fault for not choosing to crop the photo myself (no where does it say photo must be cropped). After 3 months of being told that a replacement photo would be given, I was finally told they decided not to and they would give me the original pic via email to print on my own. Tried to take pic in to be printed professionally and was told it cannot be printed as there is a copyright.
Treva Tribit Photography responded with the following comments:
To be clear, Ms. Britney Conteras, is not a wedding client. We took her daughter's pictures for a local dance recital. The parents from this recital were directed to our website which does indeed allow parents to crop their image which many parents used successfully. A screenshot was sent to Ms. Conteras showing her that the website does indeed allow parents to crop their image under the text of "Crop this image!"

A remake order was proposed if more clients had similar issues. In the end it was decided to send Ms. Britney Conteras the digital negative with printing rights. She alerted us tonight that she tried two locations and before giving us a chance to contact those locations (when they would be open) she decided to publish this review.

We will continue to work with Ms. Conteras to get her the picture she desires.

Excellent service, wonderful photos, nice suggestions and eye for detail. Treva and Bob provided a fun, comfortable environment for our engagement photos. They were able to capture the spirit of our wedding with candid photos without having a photographer in your way.

I love how much thought was put into making out photos a reflection of my family. I also love the creativity that was shown in my photos. The Tribits have a great eye for detail and use their creative vision in the photos.

Treva's Studio was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend her for ANY occassion you may have - she has such an eye for detail. I was blown away by her ability to bring out 'us' in each of the photos she took. She took more than just a picture - she captured a moment, for a lifetime. We will always treasure the memories captured in our pictures.

Treva was wonderful and easy to work with. My photos were beautiful. She took the normal pictures that we brides like to have and she also took pictures that were out of the ordinary that were beautiful. I had so many compliments from family and friends of how beautiful the pictures came out.
I would recommend her to anybody for any time of photography needed
