I loved bridal bootcamp. I signed up to attend for once a week, and felt it was a little expensive. I would have liked an option to be able to attend the Saturday class also with the during the week class I signed up for too. But with the value of the class the workout I receive outshined the cost and the special attention even with all the other clients. I ended up getting fit in only 8 weeks going 1 day a week, it was completely worth it. Also, being able to spend time with other bride's in the area who were going through the same stress and nerves as I was is irreplaceable. I think every bride should sign up for bridal bootcamp not just for health reasons but also to get through the planning process with other brides!

Weddings are stressful! My investment in The Healthy Bride was my two nights a week of me time for the 16 weeks leading up to my wedding and I felt amazing after every workout. The workouts get progressively tougher throughout each course (8 weeks) and in that moment when sweat is dripping down your face and you are ready to pass out in the middle of the Seattle Sculpture park, you will realize that this was the easy part of the wedding prep!

In the first 8 weeks I lost 1 inch off each arm and I nearly doubled my fitness test results. It stops being about the dress and becomes more about the challenge. I would do this again, and again, and again. My only regret is not enrolling the moment I got engaged!

I had a fantastic experience with The Healthy Bride. I participated in Bridal Bootcamp in Bellevue, WA last summer, and it was challenging, fun, and effective. I liked it so much I want to do it again now that I'm married!

I have attended at least 3 sessions of classes with The Healthy Bride. The first time was as a Maid-of-Honor for a friend's wedding. The program is great and my friend & I had a fun time. It was a cool experience to have leading up to her wedding while working out.

I thought the program was great and returned prior to my own wedding and for another session.

I did the Healthy Bride Bootcamp in 2009 and I loved it. I signed up for the class because I had recently lost weight and was afraid that the stress of wedding planning was going to cause me to gain it back. The class was wonderful (and I did not gain any of the feared weight). There was a lot of running and circut training. Being an older and not overly fit bride I did find the class rather hard to keep up with. It may have just been the class I was in but everyone else seemed to have a background in running in addition to being 10 years younger than by 36 year old self. Still, the trainers were incredible and really got me to push myself. I learned a lot, got exercise, felt great, and had fun. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I have been thinking of signing up for (post wedding) another boot camp.

Christi and her team were great to work with and I really toned up for my wedding. Better yet I started on a path of good routine exercise that I really needed!

Everyone wants to look beautiful for their wedding day, and getting in shape is hard to do sometimes, especially among the chaos of wedding planning. Christi's service is one that any bride could wish for, and she was great at it. She pushed us hard, but had a gentle, encouraging spirit that made it easier to handle. =)
