Very good service and selection for engaged couples. Fiance had used one of their local locations to obtain my engagement ring. Used them for our wedding bands, too. Overall professional service and good variety of jewelry.

When we got the ring, there was one minor issue with it and Shane Co. immediately took it back and fixed it at no cost to us. I would recommend Shane Co. to any one and everyone! I have not been disappointed by them once in the year and a half I have worked with them. I did find a wedding band at Jared that fit perfectly with my engagement ring and looked stunning, but with Shane Co.'s quality of service and lifetime guarantee on all diamonds, I refused to go anywhere else. The band I picked out for my wedding lines up almost perfectly (you can hardly tell their off unless you are actually looking close). Shane Co. makes everything all the better. Love this place! We had originally gone in because I had a ring from a previous relationship from the Shane Co. an my boyfriend (now husband) and I figured we might as well go look and see if we could make use out of a ring that just sits in it's box. My girlfriend, and soon to be fiance, and I strolled into ShaneCo today to browse rings with no real intention of deciding on either a setting or a diamond; however, it turned out to be quite the opposite after we were done with our experience. We were greeted very quickly by a consultant (Tracy) upon entering, and after she introduced herself to us, we immediately felt welcome and at ease. She methodically explained the diamond rating system to both of us while we browsed ShaneCo's wide selection of stones, and we never felt pressured or strong-armed into making a decision during the entire experience.

To make a long story short, we ended up actually deciding on a ring setting before heading off to check out diamonds at another jeweler that was in the area, which I won't mention, but our experience there was so opposite to what we had encountered at ShaneCo that we headed back to browse and talk some more with Tracy before they closed. We ended up staying and browsing stones with Tracy well after they had closed for the day, and we both walked out of there receipts in hand and very satisfied and confident with our purchases. Well Chris, funny that you ask about the store, because we returned again today to the nearest store to us (store in Franklin, TN 37067) after having discussed some more ring details with my girlfriend. We ended up having another great experience with a different consultant (this time it was Christa), and we ended up upgrading to an even better quality diamond for just a nominal increase in price. Shane Co is definitely an amazing jewelry store to work with! We got both my engagement ring and our wedding bands from there and we were not disappointed by they're service and quality.
