Worst experience ever!!! My father was fitted for his tux and shoes one month prior to the wedding. No issues at that time but 2 days before the wedding when he went to pick up his tux and shoes the shoes did not fit. They said they would have to order them and they would be in Saturday (the day of the wedding!) My father lives 35 miles away and the reason they didnt fit is they said his foot was too wide....wellllll was his foot not to wide the day he was fitted? Oh he is diabetic they said and that makes a difference--again should this not have been discussed at his fitting the month before? the manager says 'well we dont ask if clients are diabetic or have swelling issues'. Ummm you are fitting for shoes--is that not something that you should ask? I had a bad experience with both Danville and Terre Haute locations--later to find out they are family run---coincidence?

Seno Formal Wear provides free invitations with 6 free tux rentals... which was enough to lure me into their den of lies. I had my 6 year old son fitted for a tux and was told that I could pick it up as early as the Thursday before the wedding, or even up to the day of the wedding and was guaranteed that if there was any problems even up to 2 hours before the wedding, it could be fixed. My son went in to get his tux and it was HUGE!! They somehow ordered him a size 8 instead of a 4!! They REFUSED to fix the problem and my fiance had to rush over to another tux rental place in town that carried in stock tuxes. On top of the size issue, they gave my son a yellow vest & white blow tie... NOT what I ordered!! They still have refused us a refund for the tux and they won't give me the contact number for the general manager. Word of warning.... Seno Formal Wear conducts HORRIBLE business & HORRIBLE customer service!!!

The tuxes were really good looking, a bit expensive though. My father got the wrong shoes, but they fixed the problem before the wedding day. They were nice enough to let my husband pick up his tux a day early. I would recommend but be ready to spend money. The nice thing was that they even got rent cuff links too.

I was disappointed with this vendor. I did like the tuxedo's but I know I could have gotten them cheaper somewhere else but I wanted to get the free invitations. They advertised free invitations with the purchase of six tuxedo's. The invitations turned out to be much more expensive than I planed. I could have bought them on my own somewhere else for a better price and I also was not too happy with their selection of invitations. I ended up paying for the invitations anyway because they charge you for everything else. Like the envelopes, shipping, ink, and response cards. We also had a problem with them ordering the wrong tie for the groom. We came into the store twice to ask them to change it. The wrong color tie still came in and they had to order one two days before the wedding and we had to have someone go to the store to pick it up the day of the wedding. The price and the stress that they caused was not worth it and if I could have done it again I would have gone with someone else.

I first went to Seno to look at invitations because I knew they would be free with the tuxedo rentals. On my first visit to Seno, I went in and told the worker that I would like to order invitations. I was told that I could look at the samples, but could not order them that day because they were booked solid and that I had to have an appointment to order invitations. My fiance and I looked at invitations at the store for almost 2 hours. While we were there, only one other person came into the store... there were two people working.
So, I made an appointment and came back the next week. I typed up a word document and gave them a copy of exactly what i wanted b/c they told me it would be quicker when I came in. Well, when I came in for my appointment, I handed the woman the typed out sheet (for her to keep) and she proceeded to hand copy all of the information onto another sheet of paper (???). My invitations were ordered and there were some incorrect details (I'm assuming because of the handwritten copy?) and I had to re-order them. They were very prompt at getting my invitations re-printed. Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the invitations.

Seno Formal Wear in Champaign, IL had great service! The management was excellent and flexible. They had wonderful options for the menswear for our wedding and my husband got his tuxedo for free with rental of the 5 for the wedding party. We also had hundreds of invitations to choose from, free with our tuxedo rental package! At our recommendation, my sister used their services as well. A typo on her invitation was handled quickly and without charge... barely an inconvenience. We enjoyed working with them.
