It was under a very serendipitous circumstance that Rev. Carver was listed on the internet after tirelessly googling for “big gay wedding officiants.” Numerous praises, photos of other happy couples and seeing different types of offered ceremonies were enough to titillate me into calling for further information. Kamrin agreed to meet my husband, Brian, and I in the warmth of a local luxurious location which admittedly, swooned me and gave me the impression that we were worth impressing. Matching our would-be wit with his clever comedy had us sold quickly. Kamrin was gracious and guided us through the process of what our ceremony could be. After getting to know us, Kamrin outlined a ceremony that completely matched the tone of our meeting and really put our personalities into the ceremony. His expertise, flexibility, open communication and tactful coordination not only made the planning and experience smooth, it also kept my hysterics at bay.
Kamrin was incredible the day of the wedding. Upon his arrival he settled the guests and began opening remarks that lead into a beautifully orchestrated ceremony filled with finesse and touches of well welcomed personal flair that made our event unforgettable. He was so fantastic and personable that many of our loved ones asked how long we had known him and why they had never met him before. It’s a sneaking suspicion as well, that my mother may have been so impressed that she likely attempted to slip her phone number into his jacket pocket.
Without Rev. Carver our ceremony would not have been the same. His personal touches, eagerness to provide an incredible service to we of a non-traditional persuasion and his warm heart made our union not only start off in the right direction, but his participation in our event touched the hearts of all who witnessed the occasion.

Kamrin is like a part of our family at this point, he has always made every effort to get to know us before hand so that he can make the ceremony and everything leading up to it very special and intimate. Kamrin was an absolute joy to work with! He made me and my fiance feel comfortable and in control throughout the entire process. Kamrin was selected based on reviews on this site, and others like it. Absolutely not a fault whatsoever with the whole ordeal. Kamrin has gone well out of his way to prepare guideline ceremony materials for couples to review and select, format, rearrange, rewrite, and supplement as they wish. Trying to sort out a ceremony can be ambiguous and intimidating; this additional service really helped us moved reliably through the planing phase. Kamrin gave excellent suggestions up front, and helped us craft a custom tailored ceremony exactly to our needs without ever getting pushy about what he felt was best. He let us have creative control and helped us mold it into a great ceremony. Kamrin also was nice enough to have pictures (excellent pictures I should say) taken by his own family members (present by our request, of course) and shared those with us at no extra cost. He was also willing to travel 90 minutes out of Salt Lake to accommodate our venue. He was excellent during the service, and has a very wholesome, cool, friendly vibe about him.

Younger progressive couples should absolutely consider Kamrin as their officiant. Meet the guy, you'll see.

Kamrin made every effor to ensure that our ceremony was perfectly individualized, and representative of who we are as a couple. He was a pleasure to work with, and very quick in his turnaround. Everyone at our ceremony asked us how long we had known Kamrin, and where we had met him. No one believed that we had just "found him on the internet." Even one of my husband's close friends told his date that "I think he's the bride's brother." The level of personalization and intimacy Kamrin helped bring to our ceremony was the highlight of the evening for everyone who attended. Kamrin was extremely fun and easy to work with - very attentive to our wishes and desires for the ceremony, and extremely personable and easy to communicate with. He definitely made the ceremony easier to envision and simple to execute. I highly recommend him for any type of service you would like, from short and sweet to extravagant and full of extras (such as sand ceremonies and remembrances of deceased loved-ones).

Kamrin will do a great job at any type of wedding you may want to have-he makes it personal and special. He takes the time to get to know the couple prior to the event date through various questions (how you met, what you like to do for fun as a couple, what drew you to want to be with the person). He is willing to make the wedding the way you are envisioning it to be and makes it a fun experience.

Rev. Carver came highly recommended, and his reviews spoke volumes of him. Being the skeptic I was I wasn't "sold" until I met with him. After just one meeting I knew and understood exactly what everyone was raving about. Rev. Carver is AMAZING. Rev Carver is not just someone who marries couples....he is someone who has the gift of marrying couples. We had an instant connection with Rev Carver from the moment we met him and he immediately knew and understood what we were looking for in a wedding ceremony. Rev Carver has this 'thing' of just knowing and understanding couples and this was very evident in his drafts of our ceremony. We have been married for almost 3 weeks and people are STILL wanting to know: who was that guy????? Rev Carver was very professional and delivered on time every time. And with him, anything goes!!!
