Jeweler was ok do deal with. We went to the downtown chicago location. Their prices were good. We had problems with them randomly closing for a weekend. Almost didnt get our rings because of that.

We have absolutely loved working with Regal Jewelers. We shopped around downtown Columbus first for a good jeweler, and found that Lane jewelers could've cared less about our business. Regal, however, treated us very well. We worked mainly with Chip Cash who was friendly, helpful, and willing to work with us. We bought two rings from there- my engagement ring and my wedding band. We had a diamond from my mother's ring reset in a new band, and found that Regal was very trustworthy with my diamond. Chip worked with my specific desires for my rings and made it happen. Both rings turned out beautifully. I gave a lower rating for Professionalism since Regal was more about treating customers with friendliness- which in this case was a good thing.
