My fiancé and I had the best experience with Marcie and the team at the Sandy Springs showroom of D Geller & Son. We hadn’t shopped for our wedding bands since getting engaged over the holidays and only had a loose idea of what we liked. Marcie showed us our options but then let us guide the decision. It was the easiest yes since I was proposed to. She was amazing to do business with. All the women in the store that morning were so kind and so much fun that I can’t imagine ever shopping anywhere else for jewelry. 25 years ago my wedding ring was purchased at D. Geller & Son. I loved that ring. It was blessed in our marriage ceremony by a minister in Scotland. It traveled the world with my wife and me, and that ring rarely was ever left off my hand until one day this past Spring, when I found it was no longer on my finger, and nowhere to be found. We searched for months to no avail. It was lost for good.

After coming to terms that a new ring would be needed, my first thought was to go back to D. Geller, where the ring was originally purchased. That experience was very good. So 25 years later we walked back into a D. Geller showroom where sales associate, Cailey Shirley, did an extraordinary job in helping me and my wife make another ring selection in advance of our impending 25th wedding anniversary. Cailey was knowledgeable, patient, kind and genuinely invested in our wants, needs and timeline. With Cailey's help, we found exactly the style and finish we wanted, and D. Geller was able to meet the arrival timeline we desired.

Moral of the story, lighting may not strike twice, unless you're in a D. Geller & Son showroom. It is there where your odds of finding exactly what you want, guided by a highly knowledgeable and caring staff, such as Cailey, will be in your favor.

Jaime was an incredible employee that was so willing to work with my design and my personal checklist!! She kept me updated throughout the entire process from reaching out for a design, scheduling a time that worked best with my schedule, and advocating for preferences. Huge selection of men wedding bands, compared to other stores. Roberta was amazing! She was patient and informative. Even if something she didn’t know she will find out and confirm. I felt like she was taking this journey with us and not trying to hustle the sale.

If I could give this business more than five stars I would. From the very moment I stepped foot inside this store, I was treated with so much respect and kindness from the ENTIRE staff!!! I was referred to work with Jennifer and she did not disappoint. I came to get an appraisal for a gold chain. Jennifer was extremely sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. She was able to answer every question that I had. All the anxiety that I had walking into the store was immediately alleviated. She was able to appraise and box up my necklace in our first visit. She also gave me instructions on how to properly store/handle my chain to prevent further wear and tear. While I waited two beautiful puppies (Benny & smiles) kept me company lol.
