Can't say enough how Mainsail and Annette provided us with fantastic service. She made everything we wanted possible. She was very understanding and caring about all our needs. She went above and beyond her job requirements to make us very happy. The food was also delicious. The chef catered to all our requested needs. The linens provided were beautiful! Couldn't say enought about Annette and mainsail. Thanks for everything!!!

We were married at Mainsail 2/23/13. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in the Conference Center. Everything was PERFECT! It was great to be able to have all our events in one building since 90% of our guests were from out of town. The guests loved the convenience of the hotel steps away from the reception. The rooms were nice, clean and BIG which also made our guests happy.

Annette was absolutely AMAZING! From day one she was there to help us every step of the way. I called or e-mail her at least a hundred times and she always got back to me ASAP. Not only did she help us plan the entire wedding she also recommended some great vendors. I am not from the Tampa area and do not have any friends that have been married in Tampa so I was pretty much on my own finding credible venders. We were so lucky to have Annette steer us in the right direction. If I had any issue, whether it had to do with Mainsail or not, Annette would pick up the phone and straighten everything out. She seriously is a MUST when planning a wedding!

The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! That was probably the #1 compliment of our wedding. We served Ribeye and Chicken Crusted Parmesan. YUM! Definitely not your typical wedding food!

We paid for 4 hours of open bar. The bartenders were great. Chris , the manager, went above and beyond to make our wedding special. It was awesome!

It was just so nice to have a place that makes the stress of wedding planning disappear. The entire Mainsail staff helped us put on a perfect wedding. The best day of our lives!

Planning a wedding maybe one of the most stressful things a soon to be married couple will have to face unless you are planning your wedding at Mainsail Suits, and have the pleasure to work with Annette Turner as we did. Annette made sure every detail we wanted was fulfilled from an outdoor wedding decorated the way we wanted down to the smallest details like ensuring the lien color of the napkins matched the seat covers. We never heard of Mainsail before planning our wedding but if you are lucky enough to have a wedding or even attend a wedding at Mainsail you will never forget them. The facility is full of surprises like the banquet hall that has to a half dozen flat screen tv’s located throughout. You can have an outdoor wedding by the fountain, cocktail hour under the covered patio, and reception inside the grand ballroom. And what really surprised us about Mainsail is the food! Nothing can prepare you for the quality of the food and portion sizes included in our package. After the wedding don’t worried Latitude’s was the perfect place! Latitude’s is a full restaurant and bar located at Mainsail property. It was a perfect location to keep the party going. Latitude’s was equipped with up to date audio equipment which allowed our dj to just plug in and play. I can’t forget to thank the staff of latitude’s for their great hospitality and great service despite the large crowd of people that swarmed the bar from our wedding. Also, there is lodging located right on the property. The rooms are more like apartments with a full kitchen with one and two bedroom units. The accommodations worked out to be very affordable for our guests to stay the night. I have to rate mainsail a 9.9! The only complains I have for Mainsail is that there isn’t enough advertising letting you know about all the great services, staff, and foods that they offer. Thank you Annette, Chris in catering, and all of the staff throughout the property for helping us have the most perfect day!

Mainsail is so beautiful I absolutely loved my wedding. Annette Turer was so amazing and flexible with us. She always came through for us and from the start gave us ideas and offered only good judgement. It was a pleasure to work with the staff of Mainsail, as the bride they treated me like a princess :)
The food was amazing the guest loved it. There was not one problem that couldn't be fixed. LOVED THIS VENUE. They have just about everything. You cannot go wrong with this place.

The attention and the one to one service was fantastic. We were fortunate to have Annette Turer assist us with all the planning, she was amazing!
The food was gourmet, the ballroom was decorated to perfection and the bar, the servers etc. were to expectations.

Annette Turner was a huge help. She knew what would look good what would fit and how everything should run. She was kind and compassionate. I felt like i had known her for years. I will recommend Annette and Mainsail to anyone i know who will be planning a wedding. The whole event was perfect from start to finish.

We LOVED our reception at Mainsail. The decor matched our colors and theme so well. Annette was GREAT to work with and helped us figure out all the little details. At the end og the night our guests told us what a great time they had as well as how great the food was. Annette kept in contact me me via phone and e-mail and was always available when I needed to come in and see her. Thank you for all your help Annette and the Mainsail team!!!

My wife and I fully recommend Mainsail as a wedding venue. Annette Turer was incredibly helpful in coordinating, and the staff did a fantastic job with everything, from decorating the reception hall to the delicious food, to the fast and responsive service during the ceremony and reception.

I couldn't believe how perfect our wedding day was, and it's thanks to Annette and the rest of the Mainsail staff.

Without question a successful wedding could not be possible without the support of Annette Turer and the staff of Mainsail. As parents of the bride, and after it was all said and done, we never felt as a penny was wasted. When we say they went above and beyond, we abosolutely mean it. We were so thrilled with the venue, the decorations, the staff, that we immediately began sharing our experience with others.

Above all we wish to thank Annette Turer for her dedication, for without her none of this would have been possible. She was always attentive, willing to listen, and flexible to our needs. Never once did she try selling us, she offered up sugesstions and always told us to go home and think about it. We never felt that they were out to make a buck.

In writing this review, we began by saying no one is perfect, but we realize, as we continue to write, that it was perfect and Mainsail deserves 5 stars all the way. The suites that were provided to our out of town guests were very clean and roomy, and rival many hotels. The facility provide shuttle back forth to restaurants, airport and the mall. Our friends and family, were very impressed and were happy with their stay, and the level of service they received.

Finally, the biggest surprise came the next day, for we truly expected some last minute costs, as we have heard countless times that something or another was added last minute. We can happily say that the contract we signed was the final bill, not another penny was paid.

I would definitely recommend Mainsail! Our wedding turned out beautifully. Not only are the buildings and grounds nice and well maintained, they really made our pictures great as well. All of our guests said the wedding was beautiful and the food was delicious! It was really the best "wedding food" I've ever had. Usually the food at events like that are lacking flavor, especially the steak but everyone raved about it. Whatever I needed, the staff was happy to help. Thanks to Mainsail, we had an awesome wedding!

Mainsail was the very first venue I looked at and I knew this is where I would get married! I told my family and they said I should look around. So I did... nothing compared. I booked in January and cannot wait for my wedding! Along with a GORGEOUS ceremony and reception site, Annette, the coordinator has helped me plan EVERYTHING. She has reffered me to a great photograper, design company, cake bakery, a DJ and sooo much more... Mainsail is great, affordable, beautiful and the PERFECT location for my wedding! CANT WAIT to walk down the aisle!

The onsite event coordinator, Annette Turer, is not only great at her job, but she is a kind, considerate, and compassionate human being. She really cared about giving my sister her "dream" wedding at Mainsail. From Day 1, we knew that we could count on Annette to help us if we had an issue with any aspect of the event. She even tried to help find the right individual to serve as the officiant for the ceremony! My sister's wedding this past weekend was lovely, and everyone had a great time. We believe it is all due to Annette!

The Mainsail Suites & Conference Center is an absolutely gorgeous, new facility that I was unaware of until attending a bridal show. I toured the facility and wondered why I hadn't heard of it before, because it was beautiful, conveniently located, and had everything I was looking for. The wedding coordinator, Annette, was organized and accomodating and took care of us like we were family. She set up a menu tasting for my fiance and I and my parents to sample some of the dishes available. The food was fantastic and we liked everything we tasted, all beautifully presented. Annette encouraged me to contact her with any questions or concerns, and accommodated every request I had, right on down to making sure Bud Light Lime would be available for the reception, even though it's not on their beer list. To me, a successful reception is in the details, and the staff at the Mainsail made sure to address every one. Since I didn't have a wedding planner, I relied heavily on Annette and she totally came through for us. Everything was perfect and guests raved about the food and the beautiful ballroom. Another great thing was that all of the hotel rooms have kitchens and come in 1 or 2 bedrooms (very reasonably priced) which was nice for families or those guests who wanted to share a suite. I highly recommend the Mainsail to anyone planning a reception and is looking for a new venue that you haven't already been to for all of your friend's weddings. It's really an undiscovered gem!

Bonnie and the staff are great, the hotel is very nice and convenient, the ceremony and reception area was beautiful. They take all the stress out of planning and are very accomodating. Food was excellent!

Mainsail suites was absolutely wonderful in accomodating all of my needs. I am a very picky bride that had specific expectations from the vendor. Mainsail Suites staff was very willing to not only meet, but exceed all of my expectations. The wedding coordinator was very open to all of my suggestions to ensure I would be satisfied. The staff ensured everything was to my liking and I was able to stay within budget. Mainsail stff gave me the opportunity to create my own menu, specify the decor that I would like to use, and bring in everything that was not available. In addition, the wedding coordinator was more than willing to meet/communicate with me as much I felt I needed. The entire staff was overly willing to ensure my day was as beautiful as I dreamed!
