Klassic Katering is the exclusive caterer for our venue, The Woman's Club. As someone who enjoys cooking and is married to a picky eater, we selected a buffet dinner menu and hors d'oeuvres for a cocktail hour with high expectations which were definitely met! We heard so many praises from our guests over the food. Additionally, their staff were pleasant and efficient during the dinner and helped contribute to the great mood of the evening. While the price tag was a little higher than we initially budgeted, we felt it was well worth it because the quality, quantity, and presentation of the food were excellent. In particular, I worked a lot with Christina, who was consistently courteous and responsive. Thank you KK!

I just had Klassic Katering cater my reception. The food was outstanding! We decided to go with Karen for our caterer because I knew that with her in charge, I wouldn't have a single worry the entire day. I have used other caterers in town for other various events but nothing compares to the experience I just had. Karen made sure that neither of us had a worry the entire time. Not to mention, her entire staff was fabulous to work with. I had her and her team do a series of stations and they were a huge hit! Everyone could not stop complementing the food all night. I would recommend using Klassic Katering to anyone. She was always willing to work with us and didn't care that I changed my mind on food a couple of times. I know I will definitely be using them again very soon!

I have a high-stress job that requires a lot of travel - not great when planning a wedding! I was considering taking time off from work to focus on the wedding but after meeting with Klassic Katering I knew I would be in good hands. Karen and her staff are detail-oriented, perfectionists....Great qualities for a meticulous bride! My husband and I had such a wonderful, relaxed day and we have Klassic Katering to thank for going above and beyond to make us feel special.

Every bride hopes for a perfect wedding day. Thanks to the team at Klassic Katering all of it came true. A huge burden was lifted off my shoulders knowing I did not have to worry about a thing when it came to the caterer. They helped me through stressful times and I will forever be greatful! If anyone is searching for a caterer I would highly reccomend Klassic Katering.

First let me start by saying the food was amazing. Everyone raved about it at the reception. However, when we first spoke of our budget for the wedding, we thought we were on the same page, but it was way over our budget. Then we we tried to tweak it, it was still expensive. When asked what the specific charges were for, the assistant couldn't answer. I thought we would be dealing with Karen, the owner, directly, but we were passed off to the assistant who does not know most of the financial aspects and has no authority.

Eventually, after several phone calls and draft of the menu, they were able to fall within our budget. Even though in the beginning we were told it would be no problem.

Then a week or so before the wedding, there was a lack of responsiveness and communication. We were told the venue would be open all day the day before the event so we could set up the center pieces. However, when we got there, it was locked and no one called me or my mother to let us know the person was leaving and we wouldn't be able to get it. When I called Klassic Katering, the staff member got an attitude with me and told me someone would be there in 30 minutes. To not call me to let me know was extremely rude. Especially when they called every day several weeks before that concerning the bill. I guess because it wasn't about money, it wasn't a priority for them.

The head staff member the day of the wedding was amazing, I have to say though. I had not dealt with her at all before the wedding and the day of, she was great. She was extremely helpful.

Following the wedding, my mother called to offer some suggestions and was asked how everything was. My mother told the staff that the fish was a little dry and one of the server station attendants had been a little rude. She was told, "Well some people don't like fish. And we have never had a complaint about him."

That is not the response a business should give to a customer. It was completely unprofessional.

I have heard numerous stories around town about the lack or professionalism and organization about this company, however, everyone does say the food is amazing and it is.

My husband and I choose our venue first, and with our venue came Klassic Katering. I was nervous about having to use a catering company I didn't know but once I got to planning with Karen and her wonderful staff, I knew I had struck gold. I truly believe the price matched the value and quality of the food. I remember the night went so fast that my husband and I were about to leave and neither of us really ate. When the staff found out, they sent us off with a plate of food that was so delicious we wished we had more. :)

They were very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. The hors d'oeuvres and food were delicious!!

I loved my food at our reception. Klassic Katering did a beautiful job displaying their art and everything tasted amazing. Karen and her team were a pleasure to work with. They answered all my emails in a timely manner, and Lord knows I had a lot of them. The only suggestions I have are: Under the labor category on the bill, be more precise. I didn't quite understand what we were receiving for the quote so I emailed them, quickly got a response back but it would be more helpful to have that broken down on the contract. Also, I was never told about a $200 non-transferable deposit in any of our meetings. But after I talked it over with Karen, we came up with something to make us both happy. Overall, I am a happy bride. Thank you Klassic Katering.

We had a wonderful experience with Klassic. The food was AMAZING and everyone loved it. They went out of their way to help us create a menu that reflected us. My only complaint is that I didn't have more time to eat my meal!

My husband and I took the time during the reception to taste the main course and enjoyed every bit of it. Our menu was great and the caterer was very helpful in creating it to fit our desires. Due to the chaos of the wedding day, I did not really have much contact with anyone from the business as others were taking care of that for me. Overall, the feedback given to me from guests was good.

Food was great. This is a sole source vendor for the Womans Club... and they act like it. My wife tried to arrange a meeting at the WC between the Bartender and this caterer to go over the setup, to make sure ramps were not blocked for my sister's wheelchair, and the owner called my wife "a pain". Very unprofessional. Meeting cancelled. Even so the event was great and they do great food. On site service staff are very good.

Karen and Lindsey did a wonderful job of helping me pick the menu and make all the little decisions I was having trouble making. Unfortunately we didn't eat but Karen and her staff made sure that we got a basket with samples of everything to eat once we got home. All of our guests thought the food was wonderful! Karen and her crew provided every thing I asked for and more. The presentation was above and beyond my expectations. I was exceedingly pleased.

Let me begin by saying the food was excellent. Delicious, and many people commented on it. The price was right, and all the staff was really really nice. At the wedding itself the staff was really helpful and attentive. At the wedding, they could not have been better. My Quality of Service rating was less than perfect because the customer service before the wedding was not great. They were very bad at returning calls. One month before our wedding, we had no contract, no price, and no estimate of when we could expect a quote. They told us to sketch the layout of the reception, (which we had no idea how to do) and then weeks later decided to go with a layout that was best for them (of course). Two weeks before the wedding we signed the contract. There was nothing wrong with the contract, but you all know, as time gets short on your wedding, your tension starts to run higher with so many loose ends to tighten. We were really hoping for peace of mind, and we did not get it. However, the menu was awesome, they worked with us to get the food that represented us and were flexible about adding more vegetarian options. We had to work with them as the official caterer of our venue, and I think their staff was stretched thin with other engagements besides the venue. Hopefully in time their responsiveness will improve.
