We were referred to KC Enterprises Photography from a friend. We were so pleased with this company and Jenny our photographer. I explained to her all the details and photos we really wanted and she didn't miss a shot. She got every shot at the ceremony and was all over the reception, yet I hardly noticed her taking them. She listened to any concern I had and she always returned my emails promptly. We've been asked many times "who was your photographer?" as they look through our photos. Great job!! Can't wait to have our Flush Mount Album made.

KC Enterprise did a great job with our engagement and wedding pictues. One area a bride should never settle for when planning a wedding is the photography and KC Enterprises is definitely the best! They were very easy and friendly to work with. All of the pictures turned out great. We definitely have beautiful pictures that will last forever.

I would NOT recommend them to anyone. The photographer that we specifically wanted for our wedding called us two days before and told us she would not be able to do it. She had fallen down the stairs and was in to much pain. This was VERY devastating to us, and we only wanted our money back because we understand that certain things happen that are unplanned. Although they continued to argue with us and refused to give us our money back until we told them we would just get a lawyer.. I did not appreciate the way they handled this..and I would not recommend them one bit!

KC Enterprises Photography responded with the following comments:

First and foremost, I want to say I’m sorry again to you Ruthie. I realize that with all that you had going on in your life right before the wedding, my injury added to your stress. To the best of ability, under the circumstances, we did as you requested (a full refund). I was under the impression that we had reached a satisfactory solution, albeit not ideal for either side. Since you have decided to leave this unflattering feedback, for the sake of my reputation, I feel it’s necessary to share the other side of the story.

I fell right before the wedding; I was in lots of pain and felt that switching your wedding to my associate (and our companies lead photographer) was in both our best interests. She is an extraordinary talent and would have done an amazing job at your wedding. Rather than risk being a hindrance to your day by slowing things down not knowing how I would feel on your wedding day, I felt it would be best to send a wonderful photographer (from our company, not as a bait and switch to a lesser photographer) to capture your reception. I called you to make you aware of this as I didn’t think her showing up on your wedding day unannounced would have been acceptable.

When I informed you of this option, you passed the phone to your fiancé and he informed us that he understood our situation, but rather than us (2 days before the wedding) sending our companies lead photographer, you would prefer your money back. Over our next couple conversations (over the course of a couple hours) I shared that I would be willing to do the wedding regardless of my health, this was also unacceptable. I then offered to bring out both myself and my lead photographer to which you said either give you a full refund or you would sue. We then had an internal discussion before calling you back. As per our contract (that you signed) we were legally within our rights and could have challenged you in court. As that is not the kind of company that we are, or wish to be, we decided the best (and only recourse that would be acceptable to you) thing to do was to refund all of your money. These conversations back and forth happened over just a couple of hours, so again, I’m very sorry for the stress that this added to your day, but it was handled in a very timely manner and your refund was sent out immediately after.

I’m very happy to hear that your wedding went well despite my injury and the inconvenience it caused. I wish you and your family all the best and again offer my sincerest apology.

KC Enterprise did a great job on our wedding photos.. Jenny was our photographer. She captured many wonderful moments that we will treasure. The reason why I decide to go with KC Enterprises in the first place was because my best friend used there services back in 2006. I was very pleased with there professional and friendly attitude. KC Enterprises has a great team and they work together to make sure everything is in place and ready to go on time. (They make sure they have the numbers too all vendors just incase something goes wrong) This is something I think should be considerd an “above and beyond service”. Your Special day is just that your special day and you don’t get that back. My pictures that were taken at the wedding, capture not just your cookie cutter pictures of family but the “Caught in the moment pictures that are Priceless". There team makes you feel at ease with there organizational skills. . I would recommend KC Enterprises to all soon to be wifey's!

We used KC Enterprises for our Engagement Pictures in February '08 and then again for our Wedding in April '08. Our photographer was Jenny and she was fantastic and very accomodating to our needs. She was on time, informative and gave us lots of ideas on poses, etc. We were very happy with both our engagement and wedding pictures and highly recommend her. We loved her so much that we recently used her again for our first family pictures with our newborn in January '09. Thank You.

The pictures came out beautifully and packaged in a CD that we can use forever. The dj services provide kept our family and friends entertained for a memorable reception and they worked with us to ensure our favorite songs (and dances) were included in the mix.
