I love my rings!!!! they fit so well and look wonderful together. With or without my booklet i can go in and get them cleaned without an issue. thank you Kay's for wonderful service and jewelery.

Wonderful staff. I had some issues with them and due to company policy things were not resolved as timely has i would have liked. Overall they are nice and willing to help and work with you. I have a beautiful ring that I love

My husband bought my engagement ring at Kay's and they gave him a terrific deal on it. We also took our wedding bands (which are family heirlooms) there to be cleaned, and they did a great job - for free too !

My rings and my husbands rings are beautiful! Purchased them at Kays and had to have them resized. All of this was done within a week. Very professional and very responsive and understanding when we had questions!

I would never recommend anyone get their wedding bands/engagement rings at Kay's Jewelery in Pittsburgh, PA at Ross Park Mall. We were told we would have our rings in 3 days and it ended up being 4 (we were on a very tight schedule at the time). My husband's didn't fit so that took another 2 days. Their ring measurers are not exact. They also lie when selling to you.
