I can't stop staring at my ring! Gorgeous. I don't know how much my husband spent on it but being that we are on a tight budget I would assume he got a deal. Either way. Love it

I love Jared's, I've used them for literally all of my jewelry needs for the past 6 years. Their selection is awesome, and their prices are even better! I love how welcome I feel when I enter a Jared's, no matter what location it is (I have been to both the Roseville location and the Arden location, and I always feel like I'm an important customer).

I love my ring!!! I get stopped everywhere I go.

I don't want to be so mean to this store. It does seem that they do try and want to remain in your good graces. And yes, that does deserve some credit. However, if you want more than what they can offer - some complimentary water and convenient hours - I would AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this store.

I fill with dread as I think on what they have done to me and my fiance. Each time we bring the ring in to be worked on (3 times - often due to an after effect of theirs), things just get worse. Just last weekend, I go in to pick up my ring which was in their care since after the last appt. another diamond had fallen out, and for some unknown reason the jeweler has resized my engagement ring two sizes too small!

This was a ring that I had worn for months - that was my fiance's mother's ring - that came from Turkey (where they are from) - that was, in short, irreplaceable. The employee I dealt with, Sabrina, never once said that it was Jared's mistake. Instead, she called it 'unfortunate', but explained that it was a 'simple mistake'. I feel sick to my stomach every time I think about it. I will forever hate Jared's. I will never recommend them to anyone. They have destroyed a valuable piece of mine. They offered no satisfactory explanation or apology. They are, simply, the worst business I have ever dealt with.

My husband bought my ring for me so i do not know the cost of it and how good of a deal he got, but he likes to save money anywhere he can. My ring is beautiful! I brought it in to get it cleaned the day before the wedding and they did it free of charge and it looked beautiful. They have never hassled me when I go in to get it cleaned or checked out or resized. I have always been given great customer service.

TH eonly issue with them, which was a big one, was that they called and left a message on OUR home phone saying that the ring was ready.....sort of ruined the surprise of the engagement!!

We had the best experience with Jared. Our sales representative spent about 2 hours with us. She educated us on the 4 c's and what to look for. She showed us diamond after diamond after diamond. We felt like we were cared for here. Even after the 2 hours that she spent with us initially, I wanted to go to Zales to check out a similar setting to the one we had picked out at Jared. I knew it would cost less at Zales. Zales couldn't tell me the clarity of the diamonds that they were selling and they did not offer a loop for me to look at the diamonds with. They had to scrounge around for one. We went back to Jared immediatley. We paid more at Jared but we got what we paid for. They were kind and patient. Everytime I go back to have my ring checked, I am treated like royalty. This is the only way to go to buy fine, quality jewlery. The selection is fabulous too.

Jared has an amazing selection of jewelry! Everything from their product to their customer service has been amazing since we began shopping for our jewelry 2 years ago!
