Maestro Ricketts is a consumate performer. Professional and Effective. His music is unique in all the world and yet he still understands the need to relate to the music in others. If you have the opportunity, i promise you will count this as money well spent. You can hire no better perfomer than Greoffrey. He performed at my wedding almost two decades ago, and it tis still talked about at family gatherings! I have had the opportunity to see him perform several times since, and never miss it, because I always come away amazed. I wholeheartedly recommend him for any venue, as his versatility lends itself to whatever style you may imaging, classical, folk, country, rock, jazz... He can play it all!
I am not sure where to start. He was the PERFECT touch for our wedding. I had a piece that I absolutely needed in our wedding and then I drew a blank for the other 2 pieces. He not only knew my piece but made suggestions for the other 2 that blended perfectly with my wedding choices. He was wonderful!!!
Geoffrey Ricketts played several wonderful melodies at our wedding in 1992. Mr. Ricketts' harp music was one of the few things that was absolutely flawless at an event that was riddled with minor disasters, including a freshly broken arm on the Groom. Several changes were made at literally the last moment due to the injury, and Mr. Ricketts' skill and talent with his harp was a major factor in the fact that most of our guests never had any idea how chaotic the evening actually was.
From the beginning, Mr. Ricketts assisted us with choosing just the right music for every stage of the ceremony. His suggestions were better suited than our original choices, and undoubtedly added grace and beauty to what proved to be the greatest night of our lives.
We are hoping that Mr. Ricketts and his harp will continue making weddings even more beautiful for years to come. We are hoping to hire him for our daughter's wedding when that time comes.
Thank you again, Geoffrey!
