this DJ was horrible!! not to say they're all horrible, but we got DJ todd and he was BAD. my husband and i filled out all the necessary paperwork in a timely manner, months before the wedding. we put down what we wanted our first song, last song and a very short 5-song list of ones we loved and wanted played at the wedding. well he played the wrong version of our first song, even though i specifically wrote down which one to play (it meant a lot b/c it was my parents song too). he just played the generic version and i KNOW the elvis version of it is on every DJs computer. he didnt even try. he only played like..2 maybe 3 of the requested songs we really wanted and we never got to hear our last song (that was OUR song). i was so angry. he was too busy chatting up with his buddies there and playing their requests to remember i payed HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS for them to be the DJ at MY WEDDING.

when he was introducing the wedding party, he pronounced everyone's names wrong during the practice. so we corrected him and he took notes to say them right, then said them out loud to us to make sure, but when he was actually announcing everyone for real, he mispronounced everything wrong again. most of the names were so easy, you wouldnt think anyone could mess them up..but no..they were all wrong but mine and my husbands.

then when we got down to the floor, he rushed everything! never once did i hear, 'are you ready for the toast'. he just shoved the mic in the best man's hand without warning and he froze. i didnt have time to breath before someone grabbed me and told me it was time to toss the bouquet...before i knew what was happening, he was telling all the single women to get to the floor and bam..the moment was gone and the photographers both missed it. same deal with the cake cutting. lots of people wanted pictures and he was yelling for us to get to the cake right afterwards. i didnt have time to breath! it was like he just wanted the 'event' things hurried out of the way so he could put his music on and just sit there with his 'fling on the side' he called her. i would have understood if he was only gonna be there for 3 hours, but he was there for 5..plenty of time to space things out and let us enjoy our friggin day!

my husband also told him he could get something to eat, because he was going to be there for a while..no biggie right? well my husband really wanted boneless buffalo wings on the menu so we got a whole lot of those. i had a lot of people come to me later saying they never got any...they were gone by the time they got to the food table. i find out that the, despite all the other selections on the menu, the DJ only wanted 2 gigantic plates of wings..nothing else. and the 'side piece' he called her, was no small woman and she was hungry too of course. im not saying they ate all of them, but its really rude to pile your plate high with nothing but wings and disregard the fact that others are eating too. take your share! dont be a hog! i barely got any myself...i stole some off my husbands plate!!

maybe the other DJs working for this company are better and the owner is really nice and a peach to talk to, but Todd just seemed like he wanted to get the 'formalities' out of the way with the bouquet and cake, and was more concerned with chatting it up with his buddies he knew there, than actually being a DJ. never once did he come up to me and ask me anything about anything. everything was either 'he wanted to get it done with' or was a request from one of his 'homies' that was there. seriously unprofessional and disrespectful. if you're going with this company, just dont go with todd.

They were wonderful. Worked well with what we wanted to do and were entertaining as well.

DJ Ron was great! He played excatly the kind of music that we wanted. Even though our guests are not the dancing type, some of them danced and had a great time. DJ Ron is very professional and helpful when choosing songs for the Father Daughter Dance, First Dance, etc. I would recommend Dynamic Rockers to anyone. You will get excellent service for your money!
