The reception hall was decorated beautifully and there was tons of space for the amount of guests that we had. We also had to switch our ceremony site to Dusseau's which they help us with greatly. The only two issues that we had was the communication on our fountain. We were supposed to have an alcoholic drink come out of the fountain and we paid for an open bar and the liquor that came with it but yet there was no fountain. Their response to this issue was that we were responsible for this but were NEVER informed of this! They did correct this issue by crediting some of the money back to us. The other issue that we had was our head table wasn't set up when we got there which held the toasts and dinner up because my Husband and Maid of Honor had to go get glasses and Champagne which was supposed to already be on the table. Other then that everything was great and all of our family and friends had a great time!

Love, love, love this hall! Mark was amazing to work with and very good at calming my nerves and making sure we had everything we wanted. Extremely flexible and helpful, I wouldn't want to trust such a big even to anyone else!

The did an amazing job!

Awesome setting for a reception, very beautiful and spacious for the amount of guests we had. Also a nice bonus was that there was no set up or clean up on our end of things....the only down side is that it was a half hour away from our ceremony and honeymoon night location. Guests didn't seem to mind the drive though, well worth it we though!

I loved this reception hall. It was already decorated nicely which saved a huge amount of time.. The only bad part was that we couldn't get into the hall until the day of to set up centerpieces and favors.
