Davids bridal was really great when working with me i tried on a gazillion dresses and they helped as much as they possibly could! my only complaint is one day i got a girl that was my consultant and she didnt assist us like she was suppose to she kept disappearing and we would have to track her down. Finally we ended up having another consultant help us the whole time.

David's Bridal had a great selection of dresses. The sales lady was great also. Some of the other workers were a little bit unprofessional but overall it was alright.

Expected to feel completely catered to when buying my dress, but instead my salesperson was more interested in talking to the other associates. Would have been a much more enjoyable experience had they made me feel appreciated.

David's Bridal was very helpful with my wedding gown purchase. After having a horrible experience with a different local bridal shop and their suggested seamstress, I ended up going to David's Bridal at the last minute hoping to find the right dress. I won't go into the details of the bad experience, but rather focus on the great experience I had with David's Bridal in Springfield! Every wedding planning book I had read said to avoid David's Bridal, but I was down to the wire and decided to give them a shot, and they did not disappoint. I explained to them my whole situation, and the ladies there were very understanding and helpful. I tried on a few different dresses, and didn't really find anything. Finally, one lady said she was going to show me one dress, and it turned out to be the one! It is a simple but beautiful dress, just what I wanted, and fit me perfectly. It didn't even need any alterations! As far as the value, I bought the dress during one of their sales and got it for a great price. I'm slightly marking them down on value though, because I bought other accessories there which were a little overpriced. I would recommend going elsewhere for accesories, which is what I would've done, but since I was running low on time I decided to just buy them there. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I can't speak for every David's Bridal location, but the store in Springfield was great.

I bought my dress online and it was amazing and very, very reasonably priced. I couldn't ever see myself spending thousands of dollars on a dress and I am glad I didn't because I was able to use that money to jazz up the dress accordingly. Excellent product. I highly recommend ordering online, because the people in the actual store are less than stellar to deal with. The alterations staff at this location is wonderful and I highly recommend them. I was also able to get my dress steamed for free twice because I bought it online.

Great to work with and received bridesmaids dresses earlier than expected.

David's Bridal was very helpful in helping me find the perfect wedding dress as well as get things in order with my bridesmaids dresses. My consultant was very professional, but personable as well. She wasn't pushy & she listened to my every want/need when it came to finding my perfect dress. I would recommend David's Bridal in Springfield, IL to any bride looking to find exactly what she wants. They have a lot of variety. My bridesmaids looked beautiful & I felt like a queen! What's better than that?

I loved my dress and I honestly couldn't have gotten that price anywhere else, but that is the only good thing I can say about David's. The overall experience was far under par.

Good prices ..dress was $200 off! not one on one service when busy, but are friendly depending on location. Mission Valley location was alot nicer and than Oceanside.

They took great care of me and my girls!

I really enjoyed my experience in this store. The people were very helpful. You always had your OWN personal to help you with dresses and help you try them on. Really loved that they helped you specially when you don't know what to look for. Great Experience!

Was not impressed with David's Bridal in general. Bought the dress at the Springfield store, the alterations cost almost as much as the dress and I had to come back twice to get it fixed. Had the dressed pressed at the store in Lake Grove, NY (didn't really look pressed, but there was another bride in the store whose dress was missing beads and such). Would not recommend getting a dress there. AND the bridesmaids dresses that they got from Davids Bridal was a very pretty Cornflower blue, but it was Satin material and a DROP of water would leave a stain....so if it's raining on your wedding day and you have bridesmaids in a satin dress from David's Bridal, watch out because they will be stained!!!

I got a nice dress but it was expensive and they were not flexible at all. Someone helps you as long as you haven't already bought your dresses, after that the service is terrible. I would try somewhere else.

Not very nice people. I did not buy my wedding dress here, only my bridesmaids dresses and they were not nice about that...

My dress as well as my bridesmaid's dresses were perfect. However when we went to order them the sales person made a typo and purchased the wrong dresses. Luckily we got it fixed in time before the wedding.

David's Bridal in Springfield, IL was wonderful. I told the saleswoman exactly what I wanted she pulled a few dresses, the 3rd one I tried I bought. They listen to what you say and deliever it. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was they call you all the time to try to get you to come in to get the tuxes, bridesmaid dresses, and jewlry. It drove me nuts! I understand they are trying to make money, but they still went on after I told them I wasn't interested!
