I absolutely loved my dress from there, and they were cooperative whenever mishaps arose; however, mishaps still arose. Alterations had problems with my appointment times twice (they either didn't have my appt or didn't write it down correctly according to the appt card they gave me). During my first dress shopping experience, I bought the wrong bra because the saleswoman gave me the wrong one. Little things like that, but everything turned out great and everyone loved my dress. My bridesmaids didn't have a problem with their dresses.

When they couldn't find my dress in my size I made a comment that it was ok because it was still available in my size online. The saleswoman (who had looked shocked and hurt at me on my first visit when I told her I'd probably be buying my dress from the store where my parents live and said "But we work on commission!!") pulled me to the side and whispered to me that the dresses from davidsbridal.com were "seconds" and they were lower quality dresses that had flaws so I definitely did NOT want to buy the dress there. They finally found my size and, because the dress was an older style I had to buy the floor model. So because this woman looked me straight in the face and boldly LIED to me I got a dress that who knows how many people had tried on when I didn't have to. I could have and would have preferred to have ordered it from the website and gotten a new one. I would never recommend anyone go to this store unless they already picked out their dress and are able to order it to fit.

My sales assistant was great. We ended up needing to have both bridesmaids try on dressing during my appointment. Our assistant was very accommodating...even when we ran over our alloted time.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Be aware. They do work on commission so know what you want before you go. They are very convenient as they are a one stop shop. Their alterations department was very helpful.

I really liked David's Bridal because of the selection and that it is an "all in one shop," but the sales team is pretty pushy. You can tell they work on commission and seem to be willing to sell you anything just for their payback, not necessarily because they think it is what you want and what would be best for you. I recommend shopping there, but don't let them talk you into anything you do not feel 100% confident about. I got a beautiful dress and a great price and was pleased with everything for my wedding, but would caution others to know what they want before they buy it there, as all sales are final.

Jen was a great sales associate and did a perfect job at helping me find the dress I wanted at the price I wanted. When I went back, I got another girl with a funny name helping me with bridesmaids dresses and she was terrible! She sat at the front desk and ignored us and the bride that she was supposed to be helping. I ordered my bridesmaids dresses online for a better price.

They were great with my wedding My bride's maids and my mom also got there dresses there. The only problem was getting the shoes dyed

This vendor was very good. Pricey for a dress you will wear only once, but probably one of the cheaper wedding dress vendors (unless of course you go to a local store or resale shop...which is not a bad idea! :D).

I love the David's Bridal staff in Fayetteville. Organized, professional and friendly! Important! I bought my dress at the David's Bridal in Lewisville, TX and everytime I went in there were different staff, the orders for the brides maid's dress & shoes were always a mess. In Fayetteville, where I had my fitting/alterations done, I didn't have one problem in all of my appointments there. And you can't beat them for the beauty of the dresses and their prices! I got so many compliments on my dress; the fit & all.

I purchased my shoes, dress, and everything that goes under it at David's Bridal. My dress was an A line satin dress with a chapel train. The dress had beads that ran across the top and had a small bow. My dress was perfect and I felt so pretty wearing it.

They worked with me on my schedule as i lived an hour away and they have great hours for everyday!

This store was really great. The sales persons were very helpful and I totally was able to find the dress I wanted for the price I wanted. The only down side is there is no return policy, so you have to be SURE that you want what you get. I got a dress on sale for 100 dollars. It was sweet!

David's Bridal was great with helping me find the dress that was THE dress for me. It was the one dress I picked out of the catalog, but never thought I would like it. They helped me find the right tiara, vail, you name it the did a wonderful job. I also took my dress to have them do my bustle for me and when they were done it looked great. I received so many compliments from everyone at the church and my wedding shower about how great they did the bustle!!

The service was good and they offered me no-fee financing for one year. Also, I bought my bridesmaids dresses there and was very happy with the selection they offered. They even gave me 15% off my order for purchasing my wedding dress with them. They ordered the dresses and it only took a few weeks to get them in. I was very happy with everything.
