It started out great, my dress was perfect, needed very little altering, sales help was great. Then my bridesmaids dresses went differently. They ordered the wrong size for three of the dresses, and also my Mom's dress was ordered in the wrong size. They had to totally redo the back of her dress at her charge because another dress in her size was not available. Two of the bridesmaids dresses weren't finished being altered till two days before the wedding. The flower girls dress had to be altered and the alterations were more than the price of the dress. $175 for alterations. Not the best experience.

I ended up going to David's Bridal right after I got engaged, just to get color ideas for our wedding. While I was there, I ended up trying on a wedding dress and it was perfect! It fit like a glove, and it was on the clearance rack, so for everything for my dress and undergarments it was $250.00 for my dress!! My dress was marked down from 1000.00 to 100.00 because the dress was discontinued! I did not have to get anything done with my dress but get it bustled! It made my life a lot easier and stress-free knowing that I had my dress 3 weeks after we got engaged!

Got my dress on clearance for $100. It was BEAUTIFUL, fit perfectly (only needed a hem and bustle), and took me all of five minutes to choose. That said, it is certainly not a "bridal boutique" experience - it is the warehouse shopping of bridal gowns. Also, I agree with others who have said get your alterations elsewhere.

There was someone helping us who knew what she was doing the entire time we were there. The dresses were beautiful. The bridesmaids were not immediately allerted when the dresses arrived however and that caused some stress. Not a big deal though. I am still very happy I went to this vendor of dresses and such.

I had an amazing consultant that took the time to explain the different types of dresses, veils, accessories etc to me and was very patient while I tried many dresses on. I didn't feel she was pushy and she actually seemed quite interested in my wedding which I appreciated. She was very professional.

I purchased a "sale rack" dress for only $400 dollars... It fit beautifully and only needed a bustle. The service at this establishment is HORRIBLE. The only remotely kind person in the whole place was the alterations lady, who charged me $400 for my complicated bustle... Good price on dress, bad service, and I would suggest going elsewhere for alterations.

I liked my dress a lot. I thought the alterations went very well. The dress itself wasn't too expensive. The veil and hairpiece were costly though.

David's Bridal assisted us in our wedding for many things (I did not get my dress there, but all of my bridesmaids ordered their dresses and all of the men in the wedding ordered suits through their sister company). They seemed a little too busy at times in the store. They would assist in getting everyone rooms but then it was tough to get someone back to help us at times with different sizes for the girls. They do have a great selection of colors for any color scheme and have a bigger catalog to order from as well with more colors.
We also did our invitations through David's Bridal online. We found their prices to be very reasonable and had the exact design we were looking for and could not find elsewhere. The invitations were shipped to us very promptly and were a great quality of paper. Definitely worthwhile and takes away a lot of headache!

We used David's Bridal for my bridal gown and the bridesmaid dresses. In doing so we were entitled to special discounts with MW Tux (formerly After Hours Tuxedo) for the groom, groomsmen, and ushers. The staff were efficient and patient, and always answered our questions when we popped in without an appointment. The orders were fast and accurate, though one of the groomsman's vests was the wrong color. It was not a big deal though, and the fit and appearance of their garments was excellent.

I was absolutely happy with Davids Bridal. The attire for my wedding party and my wedding dress were ordered in a timely fashion. The alterations for my dress went great! I was constantly aware of what they were doing. They answered all my questions and were completely polite. My sister who was also in the wedding party was helped in California at a Davids Bridal in Fresno. They worked with her attentively and called me to ask questions and to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The groomsmen were also treated awesome. The variety in attire was vast and the service was great. I was absolutely happy with Davids Bridal!!

My dress is beautiful and I loved the seamstress. Some of the women who helped me choose a dress were much better than others. One of the salesladies told one of my bridesmaids she looked like a linebacker in a of the dress we both liked!! She isn't even a large woman!! They are helpful, but can be a little pushy with things at times. Something that is frustrating is that customers cannot look at all of the dresses. The salespeople just go off of what you like in the seasonal catalog and bring out similar dresses.
