After meeting with Darren, my husband and I knew he was the one. We had met with other photographers but we both were impressed for his eye for detail when he showed us his portfolio.
The day of the wedding he arrived early and ready to work. He made me feel at ease in the midst of the chaos taking place in the bridal suite. But you would never think there was any craziness taking place after seeing the photos. He managed to capture the essence of family and friends helping a girl out for one of her most important days of her life.
When viewing Darren's portfolio prior to our wedding, it was the shots taken on the beach that made our decision to go with Darren even easier, they were great. Our wedding pictures were no different. The pictures he took of us on the beach look absolutely beautiful. I thought they belonged in a magazine but it was our wedding!
As a bride who lives out of state, it was important to me that all vendors have great communication. Darren always kept in touch and demonstrated a great deal of professionalism. Our wedding was on a Saturday and by the following Thursday he had our final pictures online ready for us and our guests to view.
If I had to do it all over again, Darren would definitely be my first choice. After a year of planning, all you have are the memories and the pictures. Darren was able to tell a beautiful story through his camera and surpassed our expectations. Even while he took the pictures of us during the wedding I knew they were going to turn out great. Now that tells you a lot.

We loved the photos Darren did for my cousin's wedding a few years ago. So when it was time to book a photographer, the decision was easy.
I was very nervous on my wedding day, but Darren was so relaxed and friendly that he made pictures a breeze!
My husband and I call him the "Photo Ninja" because he's able to get so many awesome shots--and you never notice he's there.
We love our wedding photos and highly recommend Darren Arena Photography!

Working with Darren was fantastic! We had such a great time and he really knew what he was doing. The pictures turned out absolutely phenomenal. I've had SO many people approach me to say that the pictures should be in a magazine. I honestly can't say enough good things about him!

Absolutely stunning, i could not have picked a better photographer, his attention to detail was remarkable. His products were outstanding and blew the competition out of the water. Darren was so easy to work with, a true professional, and an artist. Our pictures are more than beautiful- they tell a story. I highly recommend Darren Arena because the photos are original, conceptual, and affordable. I already recommended him to two of my girlfriends getting married this year! Everyone who went on the site was extremely impressed with the quality. Our album is like a storybook.... the pictures are printed right onto the pages and the backgrounds are even pictures of the wedding! I love love love them!

Darren did a beautiful job on our wedding pictures! I always tell people that the most important part of the wedding is the photgrapher. The most beautiful flowers in the world, the most expensive dress, and the tastiest cake wouldn't mean a thing if you didn't have the pictures to capture it. Take it from me, your wedding will be the fastest 6 hours of your life and pictures will help take you back to that special day.

This probably really isn't fair because I am more than obsessed with our wedding pictures so OF COURSE it's 5 stars for everything! In most situations when a friend is doing your wedding photos even though he's being paid he really wouldn't have to do that good, but you, really seemed you put your all into it. As if they were your own photos, I respected that even if they did turn out awful! But, they didn't. I couldn't have asked for better photos. And even if I didn't know you, you were by far the most friendly easy going vendor from our wedding. Others are in such a rush and snotty with us, but you were patient and always smiling. Thanks!
