The entire process of booking Ashley and communicating with her was one of the flawless parts of the entire wedding process. She catered the menu to our tastes, and offered wonderful ideas. The reception was beautiful and the food was wonderful. Numerous positive comments on the presentation, the food, and the professionalism of the staff.

Ashley is young and enthusiastic, and enjoys customizing food for your event. Everything was delicious, and we had many compliments from guests. She and her team went above and beyond at my daughter's wedding, getting the outdoor area of our venue into usable shape after a downpour finally let up just before the ceremony.

When I explained my thoughts for the wedding Ashley obviously understood for her presentation of food coordinated with the 'big picture' with perfection. She even threw in ideas that were so phenominal I would have never thought of them. Her work is beautiful and her staff is kind and hard working. They moved about the night making everything happen without hardly being seen. The taste was a taste to crave, remember, and rave about. Ashley provided the bride and groom with a food basket which she discreetly places in the get-away car. Continually Ashley would ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Ashley was beyond words! I could go on and on about how amazing she was. I had contact with her for over a year about catering ideas, and she always had wonderful input and accomodated to my ideas, financial needs, and visions! I was blown away by the food at both my rehearsal dinner and reception. The display of food at our reception was over the top. And she worked with our budget so well and still made it look like a million bucks!!!! People have still not stopped talking about how delicious and unique the food was! She packed us (the bride and groom) a full basket of food since we didn't get a bite at the reception and that was so perfect! Her staff was professional and did an amazing job! I seriously am in LOVE with Ashley and her catering business! I will be using her again for something in the future!

Ashley was wonderful to work with at the start. She was actually one of my favorite vendors until the day after my wedding. When we booked her we were promised that we would get the remaining food that was left over from the reception. We paid for 85 guests and we had about 65-70 show up, so you would think I would have boocoodles of food let over right? Wrong! I barely had a serving of chicken and dumplings left, she did not prepare our greenbeans the way we discussed and they tasted aweful. When I confronted her about the situation she said health department regulations say they have to throw out what was on the buffet but they took them home with them. That infuriated me, I paid 200 extra for servers that did not serve. My guests made their own plates so I have no idea why I paid the extra. She was a doll to work with and was very accomodating to our budget, but in the end we still didn't get what we paid for and I felt really cheated.

Looking back on all the weddings I have been to, two things stuck with me as a guest. 1) the food 2) the music. I wanted people to have great food and great dancing at my wedding. Ashley did an amazing job and she and her staff are the best combo of fun and professionalism. From the inital call to the tasting to the wedding, every thing was perfect. I have gotten numerous compliments on the food as well as the presentation so have my parents and grandparents. I must compliment Ashley on her flexibility as well! There were things I wanted, things I didn't and things that I wasn't sure how it was gonna work and she was on top of it! She was everything a crazed bride planning from 11 hours away needed....which is NOT TO WORRY!! LOVED her and highly recommend!

Ashley's creative catering is the best around. I had her cater a 25th anniversary party for my parents and everything she did was perfect. She gave us a surplus of food and made wonderful desserts, and even wrapped the utensils with ribbon free of charge. She also has a very resonable price. My next catering event will without a doubt use her.

Ashley Smith made my wedding the absolute perfect day! She was there with me from the very beginning and helped with everything from choosing a venue to choosing my linens and rentals all the way to helping me avoid a crisis by finding a rental company to deliver propane heaters for my reception the day of the wedding. I honestly feel that there is no one who could do a better job. I have been to other weddings catered by Ashley's Creative Catering and was just as blown away with those as I was my own.
