La Paz Restaurant & Catering is located in the heart of Crestline Village, in Mtn. Brook, AL, the town of Mt. Laurel, AL, and the subdivision of Ross Bridge in Hoover, Alabama.
We hold high honors from being voted Birmingham’s Best Mexican Cuisine, along with awards for our cheese dip and margaritas. Our catering team is known for our outstanding catering services, commitment to exceptional customer relations, and the ability to make an event memorable. Regardless of the size of the event, our catering staff is dedicated to ensuring an unforgettable experience for the host/hostess and their guests, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy their special occasion.
Our catering menu offers a wide variety of buffets comprised of freshly made Mexican cuisine, allowing your clients to decide what best suits their needs and budgets. We offer everything from an appetizer buffet to a full-course dinner, complete with sides, salad, and beverages.
La Paz Catering offers extensive options for all service needs. Our catering staff can present a complete full-service buffet by setting up with our linens, glass bowls, platters & chaffing stands to keep the food hot. We can also bartend the event with our margarita kits or any other beverages that we or the customer would provide. Our caterers would set up for the event, bartend, and clean up as if we were never there.
Along with our full-service catering, where we set up, bar-tend, and clean up, La Paz Catering offers other services to best suit your needs. We can deliver the food in aluminum pans and plastic bowls and set up for any office meeting or corporate event. We also offer a disposable setup, where we will deliver, set up, and display your buffet in disposable heated chaffing stands with our black paper table cover.
Our catering staff would love to help in any baby shower, wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, or corporate events.
