We had Chef on Call cater both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception, and they did an excellent job! Ina was responsive and flexible working with us as we planned our wedding from out of state. She helped us create a menu that we loved and all the food was delicious!

Bruce is amazing. I cannot thank him enough for everything. He did all our florals, catering and the cake (and brownies!!) He went above and beyond making my dreams come true. The food was the #1 thing our guests raved about all night long. I am still drooling thinking about it all. If you are looking for high-quality food that will WOW..go with Belle Fleur. He also makes the most amazing melt in your mouth cakes. I swear so matter how many bites I took of our cake I never got sick of the flavor. If you are looking for a vendor who has a genuine soul and an intense eye for detail than you need to go with Bruce at Belle Fleur...you will not regret it at all!!

Everyone that attended our reception said that our food was some of the best food that they had ever had, let alone for a wedding reception! The portions were so generous and the presentation was so impressive. The waitstaff was extremely professional. They even provided us a basket of goodies to take to the honeymoon suite! Lyn & Becky were extremely flexible with letting me customize my own menu while offering their professional suggestions. They were a pleasure to work with.

Becky Hartley did a great job catering our wedding! She was super friendly during the planning process and we worked with her for our cake, as well. The food was great, turned out just as planned, and was presented wonderfully! The prices were much more affordable compared to a few other caterers we looked into, also. For the cake, I showed Becky a picture of what I wanted and the result was exactly the same! The flavor of the cakes was amazing, too. Sadly, I did not get any photos of the catering, except for the cake. I would definitely recommend Hartley's Catering!

Amanda and her team at Endless Catering did the food for my wedding in October 2019. We did a buffet style dinner with smothered chicken, pulled pork, green beans, mac n cheese, and a loaded mashed potato bar. We also had rolls and cornbread. Every single item on the menu was amazing. We had so many people come up to us saying how it was their favorite food they’d ever had at a wedding. Not only was the food incredible, but Amanda and her team were a dream to work with. Amanda was so responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding, every single member of her team was so kind and professional. I’m so grateful to her and all that she did to help make our wedding such a wonderful time! Highly, highly recommend.

Originally, we planned to have the Rehearsal Dinner/Party at the actual restaurant but realized during our on site visit that we would have too many guests for that venue. The catering assistant helped us locate another place which was fantastic (AM Booth's Lumberyard) and delivered the delicious food to the new venue. The selection of food offered for catering was good for the eating differences in the group: vegetarians, diabetics, celiac disease and certain allergies.

Shawn Duvall with Duvall's Unique Catering did the most amazing job of catering my wedding! His presentation and quality of food is phenomenal! Shawn works closely with you to develop the reception menu of your dreams. For his talent and creativity, his prices can't be matched. Here was my menu: Cocktail hour- mini grilled corn soufflés, cheddar biscuits with ham, a beautifully prepared fruit platter, and a delicious strawberry lemonade. Buffet-style reception- herb roasted beef sirloin, smoked pork loin with handmade pineapple mustard, Chef Shawn's famous macaroni & cheese with peppered bacon, a stunning array of roasted vegetables, and a mashed potato bar of Yukon gold mashed potatoes with the choice of toppings of chives, sour cream, grated cheese and crumbled bacon along with mashed sweet potatoes with the choice of toppings of mini marshmallows, cinnamon butter, and toasted coconut. Needless to say, everyone left full and happy! Chef Shawn also operates a very successful food truck in downtown Huntsville called the Peppered Pig. He and his wife were such a joy to work with!
