I found the exact earings I wanted from Anna Bellagio. I called them before ordering to ask about some other jewerly for my bridesmaids. The person I spoke with was so helpful. She helped me decide which earings and braclets to purchase. I recieved the order and everything was wrapped so beautifully. Everyone was so beautiful. Thank you Anna Bellagio. I will recommend you to all my friends!

I bought bracelets for my bridesmaids before I read all the bad reviews. When I got the, on time, I thought they looked very cheap. There was glue on one of the bracelets and stones were falling out. I could have gotten real pearl bracelets for the same price. I called a few days after I got them to see how to send them back for a return. It was simple and I got the money back on my credit card exactly 6 days from sending them back. I did email them a few days after I sent them back to know the status of my return and they promptly responded. I wouldn't buy from here again based on the quality of the product, but the service is great. They must have really worked hard to make it better based on all the bad reviews before.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They are incompetent and scammers.

(As far as the jewelry goes, it is very overpriced for the quality. I did keep one pair of earrings because they were very pretty and exactly what I was looking for. Overpriced, but at that point I didn't care because I wanted them.)

I think I might have just googled something like 'vintage bridal jewelry' and this was one of the first sites that came up. I ordered several pieces from them and only liked one, so I sent the rest back.

That was over a month ago and I can't get them to answer the phone or emails. Luckily, they did answer one email acknowledging they had received the package, which I'm so glad I have in writing. It's been 3 weeks since they said they would call me to get my credit card info (why they need it again, I'm not sure) and they never did. I've called countless times and sent a bunch of emails, with no response.

So my last voicemail for them was that if I didn't hear back from them soon, I'd have to file a charge dispute with my credit card. They never called, so I did that. I've since filed a complaint with the BBB and it's under investigation right now.

They owe me $345, so I'm not just gonna back down. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon....but yeah....stay away from this etailer!

Part of my order came damaged and I requested a refund. It's been over a month since the item was returned (confirmed by UPS) but I still have not received a refund. I have sent several emails and received no replies. No one answers the phone every time I try to call.

Do not use, do not use, do not use! The jewelry is poor quality, responsiveness is horrible, and a month after they received my return, I still haven't gotten a credit. Had to file a complaint with the BBB-stay away from this company.

The only jewelry I wore on my wedding day, besides my engagement ring and wedding band, were earrings. I knew what I wanted and the only place I was able to find them was anna bellagio. They came in the mail and I fell in love. They were beautiful in the pictures and are something I may wear again.
