We had some custom work done to replace the diamond in my husband's mother's wedding ring set we were making into my own. We found a beautiful diamond we loved from Atl West and financed the whole thing 1 year no interest. When we picked up the ring and pendant we had made from the old diamond, I found out the Diamond wasn't a certified diamond, our fault because we didn't ask, but we forgot to ask because we hadn't been anywhere that didn't have certified diamonds. After picking up the ring there was some yellowing at the base of the head, it's white gold, so we took it in for repair. They repaired the ring where it was yellowish, but damaged the band when they polished the head area. I had to take it in again for repair and they had to fill the area where they damaged our 41+ year old ring. The repair is almost non-visable. I recommend you have Shane work on your jewelry, he does good work.
