Our experience at Mucklow's Fine Jewelry was incredible, thanks to Carrie. She was extremely helpful and she went above and beyond from start to finish. Carrie took the time to understand exactly what we needed and made it happen. We brought in a family stone, and she worked with us to design a one-of-a-kind ring that’s perfect and at a great price. What stood out most was how friendly and approachable Carrie was; I could ask her anything without hesitation, and she guided us with patience and care. Mucklow’s is a jewelry store that will listen to your vision or give great recommendations if you don't know where to start.

Value was amazing, jewelry was fabulous, amazing staff and Julie was exceptional! I had purchased a ring from another jeweler in Fayetteville, they treated us terribly and the diamond was set crooked. Mucklow's fixed our piece and made it beautiful and perfect and made a custom wedding band design for my groom and he loved it! WONDERFUL PEOPLE that we will do business with the rest of our lives! We got my husbands weddin band there. We put it off til the last minute (like 5 days before our out of town wedding) but they came through and got his ring to us in time. Jessica was very professional and didnt try to sway us into gettting something we would regret or try to upsell us to something we could not afford. They had a large quantity of mens wedding bands- I had no idea that there would be so many variations but she helped him pick out one that he loves. I am so glad that we went there!
