I booked two limos so that we matched and we all could fit, since my dress was a full ball gown. Aloha showed up on time and stayed flexible through a stressful situation. THANK YOU! The only thing I didn't see was water bottles which would have been helpful, but I was so preoccupied with everything else, I didn't notice there was no water.

I used aloha for transportation from my venue in Florence, AZ back to phoenix; they were so friendly and affordable. I had contacted them for bus transportation to and from the venue for all my guests’ months before my wedding and they had quoted me such an amazing price. Sadly I did not book it then, and when I called back a few weeks before my wedding they were all gone! I ended up having to haggle with another company the day before my wedding, literally. Take my advice and book with them a few months before your wedding, don’t hesitate, they are the cheapest and friendliest around.

I don't have any major complaints with Aloha Limo. They arrived at the venue with a beautiful limo and got us to our hotel. I had paid extra to have "just Married" signs, flags and a red carpet rolled out, but the only thing they did was the red carpet which was a bit disappointing. (I ended up not having to pay because the driver didn't do what he was supposed to do) Aloha had good communication with me, but internally, they need to improve. The driver was fine--not anything special. However, I would recommend them in the future.

Aloha Limousine was extremely responsive and accomodating to us in a short amount of time. The fleet availability was not what we had desired, but we did call the week of our wedding to book our transportation. The driver was on time and professional. The car had water available and was decorated with ballons after our wedding. Great service.

Aloha Limousine was part of the package deal with the Regency Garden. We got married on New Year's Eve and had the limo transport our guests back to the hotel to ensure that we didnt have any unsafe drivers.

Alfredo and I got to take the last trip over to the hotel, and the driver was very kind and professional. He thanked us for the opprotunity to help at our wedding and wished us many years of good luck.

I have experience with other transportation companies, and none have been as pleasant to deal with as Aloha Limousines.

After reading others reviews, I was getting a little bit nervous with these guys. At first I had trouble getting them to confirm my deposit and there was some miscommunication regarding the limit of hours we needed for a Saturday wedding. After that was all cleared up, we didn't have any problems. We rented the party bus. They shuttled guests back and forth from our reception site and the church for no charge which was really nice. In fact, the driver even took a guest who ended up at the wrong church to the correct one. That is good service! I enjoyed the red carpet upon our arrival to the reception (even though I had to remind the driver!). We brought our own cooler for the party bus which worked out perfect.

We picked Aloha Limousine service as they followed up with us more quickly than the other limousine services in the area.They worked with us and we got good service from them.Our driver was very professional and fun. They were on time, actually I think a little early.I highly recommend Aloha Limousine.

i had such a good time with this company. we used them for my bachelorette party as well as for the wedding. we were getting our hair done and we needed to run quickly for something from target, the driver was around the corner waiting for us and we hopped in and he was happy to run around with us for a bit while everyone else was running crazy getting last minute things finished up.

All the drivers we had that day were ourstanding, (we had several cars booked with Aloha). I was impressed with your service, not only were you on time with one car but all three, and how courteous all of them where to all of my guest and family. I know our day was kind of confusing and caotic, but all of the drivers put everyone at ease. I thank god that they all knew exactly here they where going and got there with no problems, since that was one our biggest concerns. The location of our reception was in a remote place, but when we saw that they had everything planned out that was a relief, so thank you. Im so glad our wedding planner recommended you guys, we have friends that have had bad experiences, so we where not sure we even wanted a limo, but you guys proved us wrong. And I will be using you again, I think my new better half has already booked you again for a freinds wedding as well. Aloha, my husband just put a review in and he forgot to mention one of the most important things. Honesty!! Several guest had left there wallets in the vehicles, and nothing was touch, and one was even brough back by Huy our driver. Thank you having honest drivers that took pride in your company, you dont find that anymore. THank you, Amanda

We ordered a 10 person limo. It barely fit 7 of us, one of which was a child, and 3 others took other cars. During the ordering process, they messed up several times. They didn't get back to me via phone or email, they never confirmed the order, and we basically had to start over to reserve it correctly and pay for it.
The limo was on time, air conditioned well, and had nice drinks and snacks inside. That was it. I am glad we didn't book them for much else.

I think this company means well, but I can not recommend them from our experience. We had them take people to and from the Pointe Hilton and the Boojum Tree. I think they had the wrong GPS system in the vehicle (how I say?), the driver was new and did not know the area (map it out first? It's your job?). The first group got the long tour through a trailer park, none of us knew existed. He would not take our advice on the much shorter way to go so the last group from the hotel got there minutes before the wedding started. They should of been there a min. of 15 minutes earlier. Glad they didn't want to relax, look around, sign the guest book or anything...... The owner really didn't want to own up that it may have been their fault... He sent us coupons for a couple of free limo hours which we would get for our anniversary anyway.
I have to say, they did work with us on the timeline for renting the vehicle. We were able to rent it before and after the wedding, not the entire time like most companies. We had people booked at the Pointe Hilton and didn't want anyone to worry about driving. No drinks (water) or Macadamia nuts in vehicle as promised.

This company was flexible in regard to our needs, but our driver had no idea where he was going. He wouldn't listen to our suggestions. What should of been a 12-15 minute drive one way was double or longer. We wanted our wedding guests taken from our hotel to the wedding venue so they would not have to drive afterwards. He went the longest way, I don't know how it took so long. He actually went through a trailer park with the first group and both hotel/venue are on main roads. The last group to get to the wedding venue was almost late, and they should have been there at least 15 minutes before the wedding. I don't know if the GPS was set wrong but it was crazy. They tried to make up for it by giving some free time in a limo later, but I think they do that anyway for your anniversary. The driver should know where he's going WAY before the event. Phoenix is very easy to get around, everything is basically a square grid.
