Wedding Photography in Sunnyvale

After working with Karl, I would absolutely create opportunities just to work with him again. We just finished a fabulous shoot with him at our wedding-- and the entire process from the introductory interview to our wedding day has been nothing short of professional and the highest quality. We loved his lifestyle approach, his emphasis of quality over quantity/ price, his genuine but laid back manner, and his ability to really help us feel at ease in front of the camera. We never felt like we were under any clock (from the first conversation, which lasted almost 2 hours!! to the wedding day, when he was punctual but never told us that "time is up"), and was completely flexible and accommodating while still ensuring that we were going to receive the best photos possible. He also did our engagement shoot at Fort Mason, and stayed with us through the end of the day even though we arrived 1.5 hrs late due to Bay Bridge traffic! All our friends and family LOVED our engagement photos, loved working with him on our wedding day-- and we are so eager to see the final product in just a few short weeks. Thank you Karl!!

Choosing Alice Sokoloff Photography was one of the best decisions we've made in planning our wedding! Not only was Inna an absolute pleasure to work with, but her ingenuity, creativity, care and talent absolutely blew us away! After seeing what a beautiful job she did with our engagement pictures as well as our wedding, we asked Inna to do our "trash the dress" shoot as well. Although initially I was a bit hesitant about doing "trash the dress", our pictures turned out amazing and I am so happy we went for it! I especially loved the creative processing and effects Inna did on many of our shots - she is a true artist. We love our pictures and are constantly receiving compliments from all who see them. Working with JJ was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we met her, she was warm, kind, and made us feel completely at ease. For our engagement shoot, we told her we wanted a beach vibe, and she picked the perfect spot. She also spent time helping us choose outfits that would photograph well and complement the setting, which made us feel even more confident going into the shoot. Even though she had never shot at our venue (Kennolyn Hilltop Hacienda Estate), she still did an amazing job—she knew exactly where the best lighting would be, even on a cloudy day, and guided us to a spot that ended up being one of our favorite shots of the day. She spent so much time researching ahead of time, and on the wedding day, she even arrived early to scout the location in person. That level of care and preparation meant so much to us, and it really showed in the photos. Her eye for composition and light is incredible. We love our photos—they’re everything we hoped for and more. She captured both the big moments and the quiet, in-between ones with so much heart. One thing we really appreciated was how easy JJ was to work with throughout the whole process. She was always quick to respond, super organized, and really on top of everything. She delivered our photos so fast, and they still felt so thoughtfully edited. We never had to worry—she made the whole experience feel stress-free and smooth. We loved working with Bre both leading up to our event, during the day, and after seeing our stunning gallery! She was a true professional, helping us schedule and reschedule and throughout many changes, folding seamlessly into our day while finding the best moments to shoot, and creating a timely and beautiful first look and gallery for us to enjoy. She captured our joy and the beauty of our details perfectly and we would highly recommend using her services for photography!

We loved working with Chris because we had confidence in his pictures, professionalism, and style. It was nice to not have to worry about directing him where to go. You won't even notice him snapping away which is why he is amazing at capturing great moments. His style is the most unique we've ever seen. We had a beautiful picture of us in the Ferry Building in SF with people swirling around us. We can't tell you how happy we are with the artistry, professional, and work that Chris provided for us on one of the most amazing days of our lives.

We had to take some family pictures. Stario was very friendly and accommodating. He is very flexible and very good at his art. Photographs came out very good. I would certainly recommend him to my friends. We are also planning of getting few more family photo sessions with him.

I am so happy that I decided to hire Zha Zha for my wedding. She was extremely professional and knew exactly how to handle a crazy Chinese family during a tea ceremony. While all of my relatives were screaming and shouting like headless chicken, Zha Zha stayed calm and directed people for photographs and what appreciated most about her is that she took the time to fix / position people for photos. She did an quick turn around for sneak peeks within 24 hours of my wedding and I was stunned about how beautiful my photos turned out. Zha Zha has the unique ability to make people feel comfortable when a camera is pointed at them and she also is great with pets! I highly recommend her for anyone who wants to have flawless photos taken on their special day that they can keep for the rest of their lives.

Frank has photographed my business and personal events for more than ten years. I have hired him more than a dozen times. He has a special relationship with the camera that I have not seen in other photographers. His photography skills come from many years of owning a studio and his full life's experience. Frank provides excellent service and very reasonable rates. I would highly recommend his services for your wedding, business events, parties, personal portfolios or for any occasion where you need your life in photos. I recently hired Frank to shoot the photos for a new business. He did an excellent job.

Linda took hundreds of photos for our wedding! I truly LOVE her photography style! She is very skillful and very sensitive in catching those precious, natural moments of the exchange of emotions and eye contacts between human. We just love all the photos she took for our wedding! They are so beautiful, natural, and focus on our facial expressions, the moment of our exchange of feelings...Just the way I wish my wedding photos to be..Because I don't like wedding photos which focus more on background/scenery/building but the bride/groom is so so far away and so small that people can hardly see them in the pictures. I saw lots of couples took wedding pictures under big Eiffel Tower, or a huge stunning canyon mountain view, but I need a magnifying glass to find where is the tiny dot of bride or groom in the photos? It's a wedding, not an advertisement for any famous buildings/landmarks, so I think the focus should be back to the bride and groom, and their natural loving feelings for each other. Linda catches the real beauty and essence of a wedding, a marriage. We really amazed by her work. She is very professional too. She brought along a big cart full of her many types of cameras, lenses, video recorders to our wedding 1-2 hours earlier just to set up camera and adjust lighting.
