Windsor Ballroom

They were AMAZING in EVERY way!!!!!!!! We had such an amazing experience from beginning to end! They made my daughter’s 10th birthday SO special! The ballroom, staff, food, desserts….the list can go on and on….everything was perfect!!! Everytime i walked into the hotel, I felt like I was in a Disney Resort! It’s SO clean and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting!! They treated my daughter like a princess!!! I will never forget how they made us feel SO special! Can’t wait to have another party!!!!!!!

The Windsor Ballroom was an absolutely exceptional venue for our daughter's Quinceañera! From our initial contract negotiations to the meticulous preparation leading up to the event, and the seamless service throughout the party, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The food was delicious and received rave reviews from our guests. Even after the party concluded, the post-party help was invaluable. The venue itself truly served as the perfect canvas for the vision we had, allowing every detail to come to life beautifully. We would highly, highly recommend the Windsor Ballroom for anyone planning a special event; they made our Quinceañera an unforgettable experience.

We were so pleased with the Windsor Ballroom as our wedding venue! From the beginning, Anjelica and Maria were amazing to work with. They answered all questions and were super detailed to make sure we had everything we needed. They did not try to sell us on anything extra that we did not want/need. Day of, everything was so well coordinated. Our Maitre De, Amber checked in on us throughout the day and made sure everything was taken care of. They even cleaned up all of our "extras" (Favors, Flowers, Champagne glasses etc.) and put them aside for us to get the next morning. Food was great and there was plenty of it! The space was beautiful and the breakfast buffet the morning after, felt fancier than I thought it would be! Would definitely recommend this venue to other couples!

We had booked our wedding at the Windsor Ballroom back in July while they were having a promotional deal, we booked for this November and just had our wedding last weekend. The staff was great, Anjelica and Maria were very responsive, helped ease our anxieties about the big day, and took care of everything we needed. All the other staff we were in contact with were also great. They really know what they are doing and the venue was beautiful! Even though it was cold we decided to have our ceremony outdoors and they helped make sure everyone was outside for the shortest amount of time possible. The food was delicious and I felt like there definitely was enough for everyone! I had wanted a bigger party but didn't want to go crazy with the cost and with their deal and the fact that they have so much they cover included in the package it was an easy, fun, and exciting process. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone.

We had the best night/ experience one could wish for on our wedding day. Kudos to Anjelica and her team for making our day memorable. Beautiful venue with great food! Our guest were pleased.

Anjelica and Maria were amazing from start to finish. We had the best experience working with them both. They were so kind and on point with everything. They made planning our son's communion so seamless and easy. They are professional and responded to any call or email so quickly. The room was set up beautifully and the food was delicious. The staff were so kind as well and took care of all of guests. We can't thank everyone enough and can't think of a better place to celebrate any occasion.

The entire Windsor Ballroom team was extremely nice and professional from the beginning. They were always so quick to respond to any question I had and always seemed so happy to help. The overall experience was amazing. My brother had his reception here over 5 years ago and since then I knew I wanted my reception here as well. The food was amazing then and now. The recent updates to the ballroom are beautiful and they really helped make my vision come to life. Everything was perfect! On my wedding day I wanted to take a menu as a keepsake and I forgot, I reached out to them and they printed an extra menu for me ready to be picked up that day. Definitely a team I would love to work with again! I would highly recommend the Windsor Ballroom!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Anjelica, Amanda, and the entire staff at Windsor Ballroom. All emails were answered quickly, which was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. Our guests loved the food (especially at cocktail hour) and, on the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about planning or coordinating anything -- the team at Windsor Ballroom had everything handled so that my husband and I could enjoy our special day without stress. I would highly recommend Windsor Ballroom to anyone looking to book a wedding venue in the central NJ area!

Our Wedding took place on July 21, 2023. Our experience with the Windsor Ballroom wedding coordinators and staff was superb. On our first consultation with Anjelica we loved it so much that we signed the contract right away. She was extremely caring and personable and so was Amanda. They kept communicating with us making the wedding planning process so smooth and stress-free with all the help. This venue offered so much that we basically only needed to book a few vendors on our own. I was really nervous when I started to look for venues and once I met Anjelica she gave me so much reassurance, I felt confident and that really made a difference. On our wedding day our guests were speechless with the amazing service and the amenities offered. We had our beautiful courtyard wedding ceremony, our cocktail hour a few steps away and our Reception in the ballroom area. My guests loved that everything was in the same place and that when they arrived there was ample parking and a beautiful lobby to welcome them. The food at this venue is excellent. I’ve been to countless weddings and the food is never impressive. My guests were raving about the variety of food and how good and tasty it was. They are still talking about it. Marvin was our banquet manager. He was outstanding to say the least. Marvin was on top of the schedule to make sure everything was running seamlessly on our wedding day. This guy secured my wedding dress bustle like a pro as I had put away my phone and couldn’t get my sister to do it. My Bridal suite was perfect. It was so big! My parents and sisters were able to go and spend some time with me before the ceremony began. They delivered some champagne to the bridal suite to celebrate before the ceremony began. We couldn’t believe everything we got for the value. My family called our wedding day a magical moment. This was such a positive experience for such an important event, we will forever treasure the memories. After our wedding was over they sent wedding cake to our bridal suite and more champagne to enjoy during our stay. Thank you to Anjelica, Amanda, Marvin, Steven and all of the Windsor Ballroom staff. We are happy and so grateful. Stellar service with a heart.
